Our home warranty company sent this company out as a top tier provider after there were issues with another company being able to replace the recirculating pump for our water heater. Our downstairs floor is not getting any hot water. We only have one bathroom upstairs that is getting hot water. This has been an issue for over 2 months. The owner came out and told me he would have this fixed within a week and that it was a three hour job. Two weeks have passed with no correspondence from them. I called today to speak with the dispatcher who told me to call my home warranty company in about 15 mins, to tallow them to send the report over, but they were still waiting to hear back from them. I called my home warranty company and the first correspondence they received from this company was today. When I called them back instead of owning the mistake and apologizing, Renee I believe, just wanted to know if I only wanted to yell at her. I was not yelling on the phone. It took two weeks to send paperwork over for approval because it took up until me calling for them to get pricing from the manufacturer. How ironic. I work customer service, a simple phone call to keep some one in the loop is not rocket science. Very disappointed in how they have handled this process, the lack of communication, care and concern is very poor, especially after being promised to give them one week to fix it.
Octavio who came out fix my AC was professional and very nice. He explained everything that was wrong with my unit and repaired it in no time. I will use them in the future. Thank You Fix Right .
Do not use this company. Horrible experience. They send out people that are not professional (little to no experience) and then if you keep having issues, they send out a professional. Guy came out begging of July stated he fixed the problem with A/C. Then end of July A/C broke down again. They sent out a professional and now we need a whole new unit. Later they did not even call me to let me know that they shut down due to being behind. Now I have to wait another month from a different company to come out. WASTE OF TIME! They could not give us a courtesy due to a mistake their tech did. Do not use this company.

They did a professional job reparing a brass tongue drain that was stolen the price estimate was really good and so was the repair I'm trying to use them for another project being that they were so good definitely would give them a try and let them at least quote your project. Before and after repairs.
