James and his team are one of the most honest and decent people to work with. He does not try and rip you off, like other companies in the city do. They are very caring and knowledgeable about their products and services. They love their military veterans.

They did a great job were on time and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them if you want a reg. swamp cooler or refrigerated air.
James is as professional as it comes. From years of experience to showing people what he is doing as he does it is outstanding. If anyone has questions he answers them and explains why it's happening. He is preventive maintenance.
I had a wonderful experience. My heating unit wasn’t starting up. I called James he came the next day, explained everything in detail to my wife. James and James were able to trouble shoot A few different problems and get my heater up and running. Courteous,knowledgeable,prompt service. I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend their services.

I needed emergency A/C repair they came the same day and fixed it knowing the entire time I did not have the full amount to pay. They were polite and knowledgeable. But mostly the VERY BEST A/c People I have ever used. I can not say enough good things about them. Call them they are reasonable and will work out payments GREAT comapny

We called enchanted air pros after we tried another AC/heating company . We were mis-lead and lost money, therefore enchanted AirPros came to the rescue. They made it happen fairly and punctually with Absolutely outstanding service! Don’t hesitate if you need heating and cooling by professionals call Enchanted Air Pros.
So happy with the service- we’ve used them twice for heating/cooling set up and have been impressed by their knowledge and friendly attitude! Both times our system needed some minor repairs and James never rushed nor tried to throw in extra charges. Will be using these guys when we replace our cooler. Totally trust and recommend!

James and Jesse did a great job for us. Turns out we had an extreme problem and they were able to rectify all problems on time. Wife was really stressed about problems, we needed new furnace upstairs, James was very professional and explained everything very clearly. We have found our new HVAC company and I learned much about the importance of maintaining systems correctly. Thanks again guys!
