Had previously called another company to come fix our AC. The second time, it cost us after hrs price of 180$. He looked at it and said I needed an electrician to replace the breaker from a 50amp to a 40amp... and it clearly states that the ac min amp is 45.... called Daniel's, and the guy came out and had it up and going in no time. NO, changing a breaker. Great knowledgeable tech and great customer service.
We made an appointments months prior to have our units serviced and the window given was 1p-5p. We waited around the house for 4 hours and they never came. They finally called at the end of the appointment window and said they would not be coming. My time is just a valuable as theirs. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Amadeo and Estevan did a wonderful job on Our swamp cooler. Making summer a little bit easier to deal with. Very satisfyied with Daniels. Great job Amadeo and his helper

I called and made an appointment for a faucet repair and to have my toilet looked at to make sure it was not leaking, I had just bought my mobile home,I got no repairs but an inspection which I didn't ask for.the gentleman was very nice but I wasted 200.00 on nothing and still need my faucet repaired what a waste of money
We’ve used Daniels plumbing and heating for a gas fireplace repair/maintenance as well as 2 plumbing issues. The service people who came to the house were knowledgeable, kind, professional and committed to getting the job done. I’ve really appreciated their skill and dedication. Would def recommend.
I had an appointment for Friday 4/28 between 1 pm and 5 pm. Israel and gentleman that was with him (I didn’t get his name), arrived a little after 2 pm. My toilet’s tank wasn’t filling up with water. They both replaced the internal parts and were done in about 15 minutes! Israel recommended replacing the toilet in the near future (which I’m going to do). Thank you to both you guys for coming out so fast! I will call Daniel’s in the future to replace my toilet. Very fast and professional service!
We have used Daniel's for almost 2 years and they have serviced our heating and ac many times. Today they installed a new evaporated cooler and we couldn't be more satisfied. From the ladies working the phones, to the salesmen, the ac installers and the guys who come twice a year to change us over from ac to heat. They are all amazing, honest, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you and we recommend you to anyone needing plumbing, ac and greater work.
There son rented a room and stole my personal bank account, numerous items in my house, and my hunting rifle. Don't trust this family!!
Josh the plumber was out and competently and professionally fixed the toilet leak. We discussed many options for future work He never was pushy or sales oriented. I will go with Daniel's to get these things done. I believe they are the best for the job. It was a very good experience. Thanks again Josh!
After we purchased our home, we found out the HVAC system was installed by Daniel's, and was still under warranty. Over the last three years, we've had Daniel's out for duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance and replacement, and a bunch of plumbing issues, from installing new toilets, faucets, replacing water heater. The list goes on. What matters most, is great service, honest pricing and the job done right. Speaking of doing the job right the first time, many times Daniel's has sent Josh to provide the service. What a lovely, hardworking, smart, man of integrity Josh is. Home ownership is a challenge, especially in a 50 year old house, I feel so grateful to know my plumbing, and HVAC issues will be handed by Daniel's.
Josh is baller. He has helped us multiple times and did exceptional work, going above and beyond to give us confidence we made a great decision.
My wife and I just had a new HVAC system installed to replace our antiquated 19-year-old predecessor. From my very first phone call with Brian to my final handshake with Aystin, the whole process has been remarkable. The pricing of our new system is better than what we were quoted by another well-known local company for a system not as high-end as the one Daniel’s provided, and the 5-year labor warranty is outstanding. Our installation required that modifications be made to our home to accommodate the new system because it’s a much higher efficiency system than what was originally installed. All of the modifications were fully explained to us and our technician, Tim, fabricated all of those modifications seamlessly, and the end result is a system that looks and works like it was designed to be in our house. Plus, the modifications were included in the quoted price for installation. Our house was left clean and free from debris. Everyone from Daniel’s has been professional, courteous and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend Daniel’s Plumbing, Heating and AC!
I would like to thank Christina and Daniel's Plumbing for their quick response and fixing my issue. I called on a Sunday and Christina responded to my call via text to assess my problem. I called on a Sunday because my neighbor let me know that my 5-zone unit on top of my roof had fallen over and off the rubber supports. I did not know what to do and I was worried that freon would be leaking and the copper connections would be damaged. Christina quickly scheduled a team to come out the very next day. The technicians arrived the next day earlier than scheduled. They were nice and informative. They did not hesitate to assess the problem and fixed my issue by bolting down the unit to the rubber support shoes. I would have given this experience a 5 star review but, unfortunately, it seems during the installation, the install team missed the step to bolt down the unit to the rubber shoes which caused my issue on Sunday. I understand mistakes happen but what is important is how a company handles issues when a problem is found; I will say that Daniel's plumbing handled this problem with excellent customer care and I wanted to say "Thank you to Christina, the technicians, and Daniel's Plumbing" for their great customer care experience.
Great service Brian and his crew were professional and friendly. Brian gave me a gorgeous coffee mug and one of his crew said they would cover half of my bill.. Joking lol. Great personality. I have had no heat for several years and Daniel's provided me a way to do this. I'm so happy. Thank you again..
We came to Daniel's for our a/c conversion from swamp to refrigerated air. We were able to get in quickly and get it done before the heat hit. First off - Robbie came in and was extremely knowledgeable, and gave us confidence that they could do the job. The technicians (Tim and Aystin) were on time and even though we were quoted a 2 day job, they finished at 3pm the first day! Needless to say we were stoked. 100% would recommend.
Very friendly and great service. They replaced my mother's furnace and the whole experience was great. They were very thorough in explaining the quote and following up with me to answer my questions. They were fast in scheduling the work and showed up on time and very professional. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend!
Daniel’s is outrageously over charging. I heard their ad on the radio and I needed a new furnace in a pinch. I should have shopped around but didn’t have the time. They charged me over $5,000 for a small upstairs furnace. A few months later, the thermostat was not working properly and the sent out a tech, he was nice guy, but Daniel’s had the audacity to charge a $70 fee for sending the tech. It’s sad that they pretend to be a trustworthy business when they are not. The upstairs furnace is half the size as my downstairs furnace and cost me twice as much because Daniel’s saw me coming…
Plumbing job botched.paid outrageous amount. Pipes were not cleaned properly. Called Abq heating and plumbing to do job correctly and cost half the price from Daniels. I have proof.
