The website doesn’t say it, but the show room is permanently closed. Shop elsewhere where you get a local, customer service experience

Lisa Maxwell is the best!!! It wasn't I who gave her a beautiful floral valentine basket but I can sure see how she deserves the kindness!!
They have beautiful things but are on the expensive side. Once given the go-ahead from my plumber (because I am not a licensed plumber, they only sell to licensed plumbers in the parts department), they treated me well and got me exactly what I needed.
Very very nice people. The show case is full of modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. Big warehouse of products.
They couldn't find my order for somebody else it's not even for me I hope they gave me the right hot water heater. They had to rewrite my order. Other than that they were very friendly and professional thank you.
