Worked fast. Friendly guys came onsite. Excellent work. Cost more then I was expecting.
They came within 30 min after my apartment office called about my AC. They were nice, quick, informative about my AC and how to run it appropriately to avoid a shutdown. Most important of all, my dog liked them. I wish I had their names to give recognition.
We have utilized their services over the years for air conditioning, heat and hot water heater issues. I trust them and their work is professional. Local small company that works hard and can be depended on.
Hired them to install an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. After two days and several hours the technicians said they could not install the Smart Thermostat.They charged me 285.00 dollars for their inability to complete the installation any way. A 20 year old with just a high school education ask to try. He worked with Ecobee and completed the installation of the Smart Thermostat in less than an hour. I paid him $100 dollars. Double what he requested. I won't use Carlisle anymore.
I am so pleased with company. They were recommended to me by an old friend. They installed a new cooler system approximately two years ago and twice a year they come and winterize and prepare for summer they are always pleasant and respectful.
Luke and his crew are absolutely amazing. They ran a gas line to my kitchen for a gas range. Work was clean, professional, done right the first time and finished when promised. It’s hard to find, and believe sometimes, but Carlile is honest, polite, clean, professional, fair, and there is no added BS. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done, how it needs to be done to be done right, and they go above and beyond. Simply the best. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Luke for having integrity and running an honest company.

I am thrilled with the work Carlile did. They replaced my water heater and installed a new light fixture. They showed up on time and did the work quickly & efficiently. They even cleaned up after.
Wow. I live in an apartment complex. Carlisle was here immediately after phoning my air conditioning request. They changed out my thermostat and tweaked my outside unit and gave me an education about not turning my thermostat all at once to freeze up my unit. Love the people at Carlisle. Heavily recommend them. Bob
Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either but out of 6 companies they were the best. Very professional, explained everything they were doing. Had the new AC and heater in place and set up in four hours. Awesome company can't say that enough. Highly recommend.
Within a couple hours of me calling, CEM came out to our house and got us a quote later that day. Three days later they were on site installing the new unit. They were responsive, courteous and did the work for a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
