I wanted to leave a WELL deserved five star review! Firstly, I have never used a HVAC company before at my residence, I've only had family members come help me turn on my ac for the summertime. BOY WAS I MISSING OUT! My house has NEVER been colder! Before using Brother's services ,I had to supplement with a window unit in my upstairs bedroom just to survive the summertime, I don't even need it now! Brothers has a lifelong customer in me moving forward..Mike the technician did an outstanding job! I would recommend this company to anyone!! I'm going to use them for all my heating and cooling needs moving foward no doubt about it

Their service was extraordinary and more importantly they clearly showed that they cared about the welfare of their customers – an attribute that is difficult to find in these times. Recently our furnace stopped working and we were left in the lurch by another repair company. We called Brothers and they worked us into the schedule and diagnosed the real problem in just over an hour. Steve Brothers made a special trip to install the needed part so we would not have to go another weekend without heat. G Wilson, MD
Excellent job replacing induction blower motor. Vacuumed furnace and adjusted gas pressure to altitude recommended. Price was very low for the work their technicians did.They have our business forever.
We called for an estimate for new heating and air conditioning to replace our swamp cooler. We were given a two hour window, no one arrived. LONG AFTER the two hour window we were called and informed that our technician was "running late" and did we want to reschedule. NO, when you cannot even be bothered to keep us informed DURING THE TWO HOUR WINDOW that there will be a delay, WHY would we want to reschedule? Umm excuse me, I'm trying to spend around $20,000 on a new system and you can't even be bothered to show up? That instills ZERO CONFIDENCE in me that I will actually get what I pay for. Contrary to popular belief this is NOT the land of manana; if I wanted two spend TWO HOURS WAITING AND DOING NOTHING just to make sure I was at the door for the technician, BELIEVE ME I would have several million better choices of how to spend those two hours. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE to handle your business this way. The ONLY reason you are getting one star is I had to give one star to be able to post this review.
Mike was the tech that came out to repair my evaporated cooler. He was on time, courteous, listened to my concerns, and worked quickly. He thoroughly checked the unit and made sure it was cooling properly before he left. Mike was mindful of keeping his time frame within my budget. I’ve never experienced such a thorough and detailed technician. The office staff was also very courteous and helpful. The ladies answered the phone promptly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call again as any need comes up.
Brothers electro mechanical replaced the entire heating and cooling systems in our house 3 years ago. They worked with us to figure out the best solution for us both in terms of performance and cost. We're very happy with our solution and our house is very comfortable year round.
Very professional and very personable, and very efficient. They installed a heating and cooling system for us in 2007 and have done the maintenance every ear. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

I had a choice of Lennox suppliers/ installers in the Albuquerque area . I picked Brothers because they provided the best solution for my complete ac/furnace replacement . Vince Brothers , the owner , came out to perform the evaluation and quote … Vince was thorough and shared with me his reasoning and selections (3) to choose from . The install team of Jason and Dave performed quality work , and the lead , Jason , kept me informed 2-3 times per day over the 3 day effort , of the progress to date and the next steps . I found this very reassuring . Jason is a pro . I highly recommend Brothers for your AC needs

Fast service and quality work. I can't say it's cheap, but as the old saying goes "Pick two: quality, speed, or affordability".
Tried this company for a furnace repair for the first time. Chad came over and found the issue and fixed pretty quickly but also found a bunch of things that were not found by the service tech of a different company just a year before. He fixed all the issues and checked my upstairs furnace to make sure those issues were not happening there. I am now a lifetime customer of Brothers Electro Mechanical.
We would highly recommend Brothers Electro to anyone! They installed a new furnace for us and we had nothing but a wonderful experience. They came out to assess the situation and got us on the schedule for an install quickly. They were friendly, professional, and helpful, walking us through the new system. They gave us a fair and reasonable estimate when other companies in town were higher. Use these guys!!
Jason was professional, thorough and on time. He explained to me in detail what the problems where and how he corrected them. I absolutely recommend these guys!
We really just needed an estimate for removing ductwork in our attic. We're adding insulation and wanted any work done before that. Jason came out, on time, and climbed all over our attic to check what vents went where. We have an old solar system that doesn't work anymore. He was thorough and extremely patient explaining what everything was and didn't try to get us to remove ductwork that wasn't a problem. Jason then went through our house checking which vents went to the solar system so they could be blocked. He checked our AC and heating vents and made a few adjustments. After all that, he followed us outside to check those old solar panels! We are planning to have the old panels removed, disposed of, and the vents capped by Brothers. I have no doubt they'll do a great job!
Great experience! Chad did an outstanding job. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. His patience and expertise gave me confidence in his work. I highly recommend Brothers! I trust them. And I appreciate them.

Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Technicians very respectful and professional- wore masks at all times (important at the time this is being written). Thank you Vince and Steve! We love our new mini splits!!
