Ugh 97 degrees outside and my A/C was blowing warm air. I called B. Carlson and an experienced technician, Christian, came out the next day and fixed it within about 10 minutes. He made a video of what was wrong with my swamp cooler so I could understand what was going on. I'd had two other companies look at it and he was the first who fixed it. Great customer service and rapid response. Thanks Christian!
Chris Ulibarri is an excellent representative and salesman for B Carlson.His sales pitch was just right, also ample product knowledge.
We had a failed kitchen faucet installed by Ryan and he did a terrific job. The next day Zachary installed a new water heater. He is such a good guy and worked tirelessly all day to fit the new appliance into an old home and have it to code. He did such a stellar job it's like a work of art. We are so happy with the results that we will call upon B, Carlson in the future for any more repairs, which, no doubt will arise. -Sukaro
We had B. Carlson out to look at our water heater. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but of five companies I got quotes from, they were the only company that charged for the assessment and quote and their quote was 60% higher than all four other companies.
From the very beginning, my experience with B Carlson was outstanding. They followed up on an appointment that I made online. The sales representative Chris Ulibarri confirm the appointment and called prior to arrival and was on time. Answered all my questions in a professional manner. And followed up accordingly. I booked the install of my new master cool immediately. They were able to get me on the calendar in less than a week. All correspondence were timely and professional. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled. Manuel and Omar were excellent. They installed my master cool with promptness professionalism, and very tidy matter. They answered all my questions and got the work done in about four hours, which I was impressed. I highly recommend this company to anybody. I know my mother has used this company for many many years. Thank you for the excellent work.

Excellent! Mario Martinez was excellent to work with. The entire staff (JJ and Joshua) all exceptional. I highly recommend them, this company never disappoints.
I wouldn't use this company based on how their drivers drive their company vehicles. If that's how you represent your brand you can definitely find other more professional hvac people.
One of our HVAC units wasn't working. Carlson fixed it. Rafael Saavedra quickly diagnosed the failed motor, found and installed the replacement, and then offered and completed the inspection and maintenance on that unit and the other 2 hvac units. His work was speedy ans superb. Thank you!!
My radiant heating system failed & it was 52 in my house. I started calling trying to get emergency assistance. B. Carlson put me on a priority list & called me faithfully with an update. While someone else got to me first I was extremely impressed with B. Carlson's response & follow up. I will definitely call them for service in the future. Excellent communication & accomodation.
There's not enough room in this little box to say how much we appreciate the professionalism and personality Paul Chavez displayed (twice!) while taking care of our Mom's heating system issues. Give that man a raise!!
B. Carlson Heating were on time the day of service, repaired both a boiler and water heater in less than an hour. He was professional and quick to solve the problem. The extra bonus was the courtesy phone call following up a few days later to ensure everything was satisfactory. Kudos!
We continue to be impressed with and appreciative of B. Carlson. They installed our new water heater earlier this year and just installed our new furnace. Mario as well as Christian, Josh, and Alex and his team were professional and nice to deal with. B. Carlson has been so reliable, professional, and knowledgeable! Over the weekend my home furnace went out. It was freezing! Today Sean from B.Carlson came out and fixed the issues at hand. My home is comfortable and feeling delightfully warm! So thankful for the courtesy, professionalism and knowledgeable service by Sean. He explained the process of what work was required to get my furnace up and running, I appreciate being explained each step of the way! B. Carlson is the way to go! Great employee Sean! I will continue using this company!!!! Also- over the summer 2018, a few months ago, my swamp cooler died after 17years. I decided to replace the system and purchase a Master Cool system. Best decision! I set up the installation with representatives Mario Martinez. He explained my options for home cooling systems very throughly. Alex and Alejandro installation specialists were also amazing. Very professional and courteous. During the hot summer my children and I, enjoyed the cool air in our home! Dear B Carlson crew, I am writing to thank you for your quick response to some minor plumbing repairs I needed at my home. I am very grateful that Tony helped me with my after hours emergency, especially when I was not a customer of you previously. Tony was very professional and quoted me the price before stating. He also explained what his plan was to fix the issue every step of the way. Ben and Christian came to my home to shut down my two new Breezair coolers, inspect my two furnaces and get them running for the winter. These gentlemen were a joy to have working in my home… they were friendly, patient, personable, respectful and conscientious, taking the time to explain everything to me. They had no issue with my watching as they worked so I could understand what they were doing. I am a fairly new customer with B.Carlson and I have continued to have a great experience starting with the purchase and installation of the Breezair units and now with the winter shutdown/start up. First want to compliment the company as a whole. From the first time I called to make an appointment, to service call, to follow-up each member of the staff was upbeat, polite, and easy to work with. My service tech, Paul called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly within time of appointment given. He spent time listening to my concerns, explained all he was going to do and went straight to work checking both of my AC units. After evaluation of units and doing a general maintenance of units, he showed me the part that needed to be replace, discussed why and gave me a quote up front. All repairs were performed quickly and on the spot and this was very convenient not to have to schedule second appointment. Also want to compliment Paul for being so polite and taking the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and personally ask for Paul for my next AC tune up.
Christian did a fantastic job for us. He cleared the line on the mini-split and was prepared with options to ensure that it didn't happen again. We appreciated his can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile by examining the mini-split cables on the roof to potentially replace the insulation on another visit, as well.
The technician, Raphael, was very courteous both on the phone as well as in person. He efficiently and quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit and explained it in a manner that I understood. His pleasant demeanor is commendable.
