Jose installed two new automatic cooler controllers with new switch plate covers, replacing the old manual switches. He had both swamp coolers up and running in just under an hour. Excellent, professional work.
We had our ductless HVAC installed a year ago and it is marvelous! Scott gave us an estimate that devastated the competition and he remained true to the estimate. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation with professional pride and capability. He assured we understood how the system worked and followed up several times over the last year to be sure the system was functioning as needed. I highly recommend Scott at New Mexico Air Care for all your heating and cooling needs. We are installing a second ductless system today, March 26, 2021, and Air Care was our only consideration and like last time we are not disappointed. On Oct 18 2021 Air Care New Mexico serviced our Radiant Heating Boiler and Hot Water Tank along with replacing the 25 year old wood frame platform. They did an outstanding one day job and we are completely pleased and ready for the Winter. Thank You Air Care New Mexico!!! On May 6, 2022 Air Care New Mexico serviced our 2 Ductless HVAC for summer use, deactivated our Radiant Heat System, check our soft water system and hot water heater. As always we feel very comfortable since their inspection to start the new season. Thank You Air Care New Mexico we are thankful for having a local dependable, knowledgeable and friendly company. Nov 15, 2022 UPDATE .. ACNM warranted our Ductless. All went well once the HVAC manufacturer was able to provide the part. As usual all went excellent. I do recommend Air Care New Mexico for your AC, HVAC, Water Heater, Radiant Floor System, Boiler, or soft water systems .. they are just good folks doing and excellent job Update .. June 19 2023 had ACNM out to service our two Ductless HVAC systems and shut down our radiant heating system. The ACNM service is the best we could hope to recieve and the most professional. We fully recommend Air Care New Mexico for all you environmental needs. Give them a call .. You will not be disappointed.

They did a great job upgrading our water heater!
I had my swamp cooler turned on for the summer. When he left everything seemed to be working just fine. However, after the pan was filled up with water and the pump started working the float was not adjusted to allow more water into the pan. So the pump ran for several cycles recirculating the water until the pan was dry. So I ended up with dry pads and warm air. In the evening the air was cooler and I kept thinking that maybe it was working after all. Normally when this happens it’s usually the pump so I put in a new pump and still no water. That’s when I realized he hadn’t adjusted the float. I know now I should have checked that first, but, I’m not the expert here. I also checked all of the hoses on the spider and noticed that one of them is just a trickle of water. To pay over $400 and not have him check the float is very disappointing. Also, when I scheduled the job I told them the size of my pads and yet he still had to make a special trip to go and buy them.
Checked our HVAC system and performed routine maintenance and inspection. Arrive on time and completed the job in a timely manner.

Our home has a chilled water refrigeration system (not an evaporative cooler) that is more often found in a commercial setting. I have found few professionals that are knowledgeable about, and comfortable with, this type of residential system. Scott is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and responsive.

Air Care NM recently diagnosed and repaired my water heater. Their technician was courteous and on time. I would recommend them highly.
Mini-split only 3 years old no longer cooling. Jonathan did the diagnostics, suggested a surge protector, recharged the refrigerant. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Scott, the owner, was honest, thorough and a pleasure to talk to when he came out to look at my HVAC unit. Instead of trying to make more money by selling me a new unit, he laid out a course of maintenance that will allow me to get more use out of the unit I have. Kayla at the office was very helpful and on top of her game when it came to scheduling the work. Jonathon was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, polite and friendly when he came to complete the work. I would definitely recommend Air Care New Mexico for all heating and cooling needs.
