We are renovating a 100 year old home in phases and interviewed 4 HVAC installers over 3 months before partnering with Prestige. We wanted a long-term fiduciary partner who not only provided a great product but also wanted a long-term relationship and not just a mere sales transaction like a car dealership. Shodi and his team are very responsive, very personable and incredibly sincere genuine people all the way through the experience. Paul visited our home and came up with several options for our HVAC needs. As we sat down, had coffee, confirmed the scope and phasing, we spoke about our families and got to know each other. We revisited the quote after several weeks to come up with a phasing plan. Shodi visited our home to go over the plan in detail. There was never any BS sales strategy with fake discount programs to make you feel like you're getting a deal, just honest straightforward pricing. Prestige offers financing and is one of the few certified Mitsubishi installers in the area. Marylyn worked with the town to modify permits successfully. Larry and his installation team was incredibly friendly and clean. We recommend Prestige without any reservations and look forward to completing the next phases of our home renovation together.

So far my experience with Prestige has been positive. I just had a mini-split system installed in an upstairs bedroom. From start to finish, the communication with the company has been terrific. All emails and calls promptly returned and questions answered. They even took care of the needed permits. I could not find a survey of my property and they were the ones to contact the Town for it. They initially brought the wrong color duct hide to the job, but immediately rectified the situation and came back with the color I requested. The guys that arrived to install were polite, respectful and very professional. They worked from beginning to end. There was some question about how it would be installed. When I approached them to reconsider and attempt to go directly into the wall and up to the attic, they listened, understood what I was asking and were open to trying so that I would not have to see line hides on my wall going up through the ceiling. I have not used the system, yet, so I can't comment on how well it works, yet, but I'm confident the installation was done well and that I won't encounter any problems. If I do, if the response is at all like it has been, it will be smooth sailing.

We contracted with Prestige Air for a new Ductless Mini-Split air conditioning system - consisting of two outside units and six inside units. We had a very positive experience with the whole process - from the proposal/quoting through installation. The entire staff was helpful and responsive to all our concerns - especially about locating the units and running the line sets so as to preserve a nice appearance on the outside and inside of our house. We are very pleased.

Prestige Air is a true example for what great craftsmanship and amazing customer service can do towards making customers happy. We struggled to find companies that would provide brand new HVAC installs so finding prestige air was a stroke of good luck It turned out our install was not as straight forward a job as it originally seemed, but prestige air used a bit of creativity to sort it out Knowing how frustrated and nervous we were the owner, Shadi, got directly involved to make sure everything was smoothed over and we were taken care of. I'd say the even went above and beyond to the point we almost forgot why we were even upset in the first place. I also need to mention our actual HVAC tech Larry. This guy is the bar for professionalism. Larry didn't put a screw in the wall without first confirming we were okay with the positioning. Everyday he showed up to the job on time, with good energy and a smile on his face. Not to mention, he is amazing at what he does and cares deeply that the customer is happy. Larry and his team also went to great lengths to be as clean as possible about their work always cleaning up after themselves and doing their best to vacuum up as much debris as possible. Overall, although the job had a rough start I am truly happy with the work completed. Our system runs great and Shadi and prestige air stand behind their work with a 10yr warranty. Can you find another company who might do this job much cheaper....yes, but you'll have no guarantees as far as quality and a team of people behind the job who really care about the customer and making sure they are happy

Our family was very fortunate to work with Prestige, Shadi and his awesome team to begin the process for a Mini-split unit on the 2nd floor bedroom in our home. From the initial estimate to the permits/financing and actual installation, Shadi's crew & Prestige office were there every step of the way. The unit has been working well for us over the past year since the install, and can gladly say the heating/cooling is more than adequate for our needs.
