Rick B, the technician was excellent. He persisted until he discovered what was wrong and then he fixed it.
Had a service call with Ryan who was prompt. fixed the issues and even prepped aircondioner for ready to use by removing the cover and placing everything neatly in the garage.
Nobody likes an unexpected expense. When our AC Unit began acting like a heater vs. a colling system, options were provided to fix the problem and a logical, practical solution was arrived at.
This is one of if not the best home services business on the east coast. I highly recommend this firm and will use them again for all my installs services and repairs

I cannot say enough good things about Tom Rostron Co. From booking through the actual appointment, they are highly efficient, professional, pleasant, helpful and provide excellent service.. Rick has serviced my house for years now. He is terrific. I also had their electrician come who solved a problem no one else could. I highly recommend them.
I have used Rostrom's services for more than 20 years in various properties, and I've never been disappointe with their services. Great service all around, including the duct cleanings. I've had many different companies service my HVACs and this was by far the smoothest. Kyle K did an excellent job.
During the thunderstorm our thermostat blew out. I called for after hour service which I could do because we are members. Ryan came, installed a new thermostat, checked the system and made sure we knew how to use the new thermostat. I’m so glad we got the service contract

I always have a great experience with Tom Rostrom Co. I'm on a maintenance plan so they call me to set up annual inspections instead of me remembering. I've had the same service tech the last fews years and he is friendly, professional and thoughtful. Explains my options, costs etc without pushing anything. I wish I could remember his name but he is great. 👍👍

Ryan J. was on-time and professional. Conducted maintenance on the air-conditioning system both in the attic and out-of-doors. He noted that the coil was overworking owing to the accumulation of dust, dirt and foreign objects, and so we authorized a cleaning thereof. We would recommend this service provider and technician to anyone.
My condenser was to be replaced, when Josh, Mike M and Randy arrived they realized that my hot water heater line was corroded. When they checked the heater and saw that it was leaking , they managed to add all that to their days work! At the end of the day, my AC was working and I had a new hot water heater! What an awesome company. They are professional on time and very caring. They did a fantastic job with our heating system. All the men are very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.
