Awful scheduling during summer heat and did not even know why the AC was not working, just needed freon, water time in the heat
We used DK Sledzik as our contractor for our conversion from oil to natural gas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was a big project that took time and coordination with other companies. From beginning to end, they were on top of everything and kept us updated every step of the way! They installed a new water heater, AC and furnace; everything is working great. Would definitely recommend them!

We had a complete AC installation, hot water heater installation. Charged us $250 for $25 parts. Their warranty on a 3-year old heater was 2 years!!

Family owned reliable business
Called Dec 23rd and got the "emergency service". Stated that I had no heat and needed someone right away. No one came that night and after calls twice the following day saying they'd be coming before closing that day, I wound up calling someone else who returned my call 15 mins later. Furnace coupler was replaced and heat back on within an hour. Although the furnace was purchased through DK Sledzik, they won't be maintaining it. I cannot have an 80 year old woman freeze to death over the Christmas holiday.

I moved here a year ago. They got my air-conditioning running a few times. They’re always quick to get here! Tonight I came home to no heat the technician came quickly then ordering a pizza. Super polite. Super confident. Very knowledgeable! Knew the problem And had the part in hand when he walked inside. Had my heat running it within 20 minutes I’m very pleased with this company

I hired this so called company to repair my 6 year old handler in the attic. Well they made things even worse. Their techs don’t know what they are doing. I now hired a reputable contractor who claims they messed it up. Now my system is replaced, including new duct work in attic by a company who is the greasiest. SLEDZIK is a NIGHTMARE…….. Do not trust them………
Do not use this company. I had a new air-conditioning unit installed six years ago by Another company. After having many problems with this new handler in my attic, I hired Sledzek to Repair the problem at hand which was a major water leak through my ceiling. They tried to correct in this problem several times and damaged my handler. Now I am in the process of getting a whole brand new system because of them. Do not use this company because they have young technicians who have no clue on what they are doing. They don’t even deserve one star.
Last night just shortly after the office closed, my ac quit working. So I called the after hours business phone number and talked to the answering service. She told me that there was no one available to come out tonight, and someone would call me the next day to schedule to come out. At 8:15 am, I received a call to get information about what the problem was.i was amazed to get the call that early, since the office doesn't open until 9am. I was told that they were very busy ( mind you, this happened during the 5day heat wave) So the nice women said she would get someone out to fix the ac. Couldn't promise when. At this point I was just hoping that someone could make it out to our house today. Around 9:30am, the door bell rang , And 1 of sledzick technicians was here to fix the problem. Collen was so nice and professional and I can't say enough for getting us fixed and running within 20 minutes. Great job and customer service Sledzick! I guess it's time to retire my 25yr. Old ac system. And you will definitely get our business.
My air-conditioning system wasn’t working properly. I called on a Saturday morning and they were there by noon! The driver was clean professional cleaned up after himself didn’t overcharge me didn’t try to upsell me charged me what I feel is a fair price for a service visit.
