They were prompt and very precise. Job was done without any hassle. No mess. I've had a bad experience with one of those fly-by-night duct cleaning crew and it was brutal. I'm glad that we chose Cheetah Heating & Cooling. Will definitely see them after 5 years for future duct cleaning service.
Owen responded immediately to my spouse's request for a quote and had the most competitive quote of the 3 we received. He was also able to install without delay which was critical because we were going away and had to get it done within 48 hours. The furnace that was installed is working well this far.
Ken spent an ample amount of time thoroughly inspecting and looking for the cause of our problem. I liked that he looked at other possible causes as opposed to going straight for the most obvious cause which was the most expensive. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner!!!
I awoke without heat, so I called John, who arrived by 9.30 a.m. He fixed a shoddy repair done by another company, and everything is back to normal. As he worked, he explained everything to me. I'm grateful that I came across him. Strongly suggested!!
I would like to comment on the guy that came here today. He was just great. Very knowledgeable. Explained any and everything I asked with enthusiasm and patience. He did a great job and represented this company with professionalism.
