Worst company ever. Rude customer service. Would never use them again. They Purposely scheduled us after our contract ran out and wanted us to pay on the spot for the following year at our winter maintenance. This should have been revealed to us at the time of scheduling with us...We got beat out of our winter maintenance which we paid for. We would have scheduled earlier but they are never accommodating to people who work for a living... shame on this company!!! maintenance. Shame on them!!!

We converted from electric to gas. Start to finish our entire experience was phenomenal. Great customer service, wonderful staff, and owner always available to answer questions. Highly recommend!
The people who work for this company are amazing! We had a second AC unit installed in our townhome and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. They had to deal with the nightmare that is my HOA and they never once complained and submitted all the paper to them promptly and answered all of the ridiculous questions that the HOA posed. When they completed the work they were respectful of my home and things. They asked multiple times before moving anything and left it cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend this company to ANYONE looking for any type of HVAC work.
Carter's Heating and Cooling your choice if you want extremely high quality work, talented people, and top shelf equipment. Carter's installed a central air conditioning system in my summer beach cottage. Renee handled a prickly property management company with kindness patience and professionalism. She navigated Berkeley Township zoning applications. But best of all, she was a joy for me to work with! Andy is the kind of owner you would want for any kind of company you work with. Honest!! Jay and Jay installers were meticulous in their work. A neighbor even complemented them on their work! I would not recommend this organization more highly. I will be taking out an annual maintenance contract with them in the coming months, too!
Prompt service, great guys. Highly recommend. We had a limited time frame they got here did full install and out in hours.
We love this company. Never occurred to us to get a heating and cooling maintenance contract but my mother-in-law had one with Carter’s. When we were handling her estate and discovered the furnace not working (dead of winter of course), Carter’s was out within 24 hours and fixed it. No charge because the parts were covered under the contract. My husband and I have had a contract with Carter’s for about 8 years now. Late yesterday afternoon our air conditioning stopped working. At 8:30 last night, we were called by Patrick who said he could be at our house in 1/2 hour. He got here at 9 and the problem was fixed by 9:15. Parts were covered under the contract so no charge. I convinced my mother several years ago that she should also get a contract with Carter’s and she is very happy that she did. Everyone at Carter’s from the personnel answering the phones to the technicians in the field doing the work are awesome. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
Reasonable pricing, for new installations- service fast and clean up Good.. Good reviews from neighbors.
Everyone and I mean everyone in this company is amazing! Renee in the office, the techs who came out and the owner Andy are honest, helpful, courteous and understanding. Anyone who goes elsewhere for service, a contract or a new system is making a mistake. They didn’t try to upsell anything and they have us as customers for life!

I have nothing but praise for Carter's. Five and half years ago I purchased a home in Jackson NJ. after inspection the air conditioning unit was hit by lightening. Called a larger company and a new unit would have been $10-11 thousand. They said it would be two weeks before install. This was June and several things going on and I was talking to neighbor about cost and he suggested Carter's. Long story short, price was half and installed in two days. Couldn't be happier. Have continued to use them and recommended them to others
