Run far away from this company. Took advantage of my elderly aunt and uncle during Covid, installing a new Central AC 2 years ago. They turned on the AC and it was blowing nothing but hot air. CareTemp refused to come out to even LOOK at what was wrong, let alone fix it. Told my aunt that because she didn’t buy their “service contract” their warranties were voided. The woman was extremely nasty on the phone, too. She had another company come out who explained exactly what was wrong, what CareTemp did to screw the thing up, and what their options were going forward. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I called a few places to get my heat fixed, it was a Saturday and Care Temp responded right away, they sent someone right out to fix my heat. The lady at the office was kind n didn’t rush me off the phone very knowledgeable. I took out a contract with them as well. I highly recommend them. Aces if you ask me

I see that some unnamed person at Care Temp respond to reviews. We hired them to install a gas line to be CONNECTED to a gas fireplace. We were initially very impressed but less so as time went on. Our fireplace contractor was not able to hook up the line to the fireplace. Care Temp came back and took photos and said he did not have the needed part. I called to schedule an appointment 3 times in 4 days and have not received a call back! We ended up using AJ. Perry to complete the job. Susan Curley

We have used Care Temp satisfactorily for 9 years. Installation of new waterless heater AND air conditioning unit. No problems over the years, only regular maintenance. This month we lost our heating with temp. going down into the 30's overnight. Have called their "24 Hour Emergency Service" 3 times in a 5 hour period and NO RESPONSE from the office whatsoever!!! So much for the Emergency 24 hour service! Still waiting AND freezing!

Had my boiler and hot water heater replaced with a tankless system first night thermostat set for 65 woke up in the middle of the night it was 77 heat still on. Called caretemp left a mess never called back they told me it was my thermostat that was on Tuesday it is now Saturday no one has call me or replace the thermostat as of Saturday I have to keep turning my heat on and off manually they claim they are waiting for thermostat to come in.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an a/c unit installed along with a roof fan in 2021. The techs that were here never told me that my electrical box had enough breaker slots so they did Mickey Mouse fix which effected my sprinkler system. A couple of days went by one of their inspectors came to check the job which he and found a few things that as far as I’m concerned was neglect on their part. Well the outcome of that situation it cost me $800 for electrical upgrade which I feel the person who had come to sell the job should have checked. Now it’s 2022 summer time My home is as hot on the inside as the outside. I call to let them know that things are not right and let them know that the attic fan might not be working. And that I would like to also have them come and maintain my heat and hot water. They give a date which would be in October (What) how could my A/c problem be taken care of when it’s already cool out and how does the attic fan get checked? So I cancelled my contract with them which was in October and the cost was $168+ which I called and now is the middle of November and no money was returned and no call back to me. I never ever give a business a review such as this but I would never never ever recommend them to anyone

My mom hired this company to replace her AC. These people failed to file the permit unbeknownst to my mom and they failed to finish the job. They didn't connect the vent to the air handler so the air isn't blowing properly and it sounds like your taking off in an airplane everytime it turns on. My mom called numerous times and scheduled an appt which they then cancelled and said they couldn't come out for 3 weeks. My mom gave them a hard time so they came out the next day only after she had complained. This is so sad and seems like a case of taking advantage of the vulnerable elderly.

I have had a yearly contract with this company for the past few years since I moved to this home. I have sent a few friends to use this company and always said how good the company was. However, I forgot to make an appointment this year, 2022, and this past weekend was in the 90's. My fault.. I used a fan and got through it. I called to get an appointment to do the yearly maintenance, I am a senior and on oxygen and can not do that again. I was given an appointment in 4 weeks!!!! Aren't customers priority? They should actually be calling us to remind us to make an appointment, other companies do call. Now I have to find another company.

A friend of mine hired this company to do work. They canceled three times before finally showing up. They left a mess after they were done. Including leaving screws all over the place when 2 young children lived in the home. The work was done wrong so they have to come back to fix it.

Still waiting for estimate that I requested by email. Called three times. First time I was supposed to get the estimate right away (I had described my issue in detail over the phone including FULL description of product to be replaced), I called in the a.m. and when I didn't have it after 4pm I called again, I was told oh, we need your home address and telephone number to send you the estimate by email- EACH OF THE THREE PHONE CALLS I PROVIDED AND CHECKED THEY HAD MY CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. I gave my telephone and address (they could have asked me this on the first call or emailed me to request it) but they didn't. I gave the info they needed and still no estimate. I called the next day and the same woman said - one minute let me talk to the office manager - came back and said I would get it right away, the office manager was sending it now! Still no email- project I requested the estimate for completed last week already - by another company who sent an estimate same day i requested it - scheduled appointment same day - came on time and completed the job -CARE TEMP has still not sent an estimate , called or emailed. Im a senior in need of an important home repair and they can't even email an estimate or have the curtesy to call or email me that they are obviously not interested in the $1600 - $2400 job that takes less than 2 hours to complete. NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
