Air conditioner stopped on one of the hottest days. Other companies would only schedule an appointment some 5 days away. He was quick to respond, diagnose the issue, and within 30 mins the air conditioner was fixed. Would definitely recommend All American to anyone in need.
Called for repair and overcharged me for terrible work. Same part went bad exactly one year later. New repairman said part was installed incorrectly. Paid almost half the price for second repair.

Only got 5 stars because more stars weren't available for rating. Dave is a magician. Everything his reviews states and more. Fast, knowledge, personable, funny, and above all HONEST. Didn't just resolve my issue but offered alternatives to several others that may arise now or in the future. While I hope I never need to fix anything again, if I do Dave will be the first person I dial.
Dave is the most honest, professional, punctual, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, an inexpensive service repair man that I have ever met! He was kind enough to wait for me to get off work and got the job done fast he had my heat back on immediately. Sure you can call other services in the area, but Dave works around your schedule, and he's 100% honest with you!

Called this morning for problems with my AC unit and he answered back promptly. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He did say it could be just a simple repair and did not played salesman to sell products. Reading the reviews I trust him and hopefully he repairs my ac unit. So far so good...

I called several AC Companies asking for help relocating AC pipes running down thru a wall that I had taken out between my kitchen and dining room. David was the only person who took the time to thoroughly explain what had to be done, the process and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. If his work is as good as his customer service I will be THRILLED!!! I am looking forward to writing a GLOWING review after these ugly piper are removed from the middle of my room.
All American installed a mini-split ac/heating system in my home. After getting quotes from other contractors, Dave at All American quoted me a price significantly lower. The installation was flawless. All American installed a complete system in 2 days. This type of system involves cutting holes in the exterior of the house, and running refrigerant and electrical lines from outside into the house. The workmanship was excellent, neat and clean with no issues. I highly recommend All American, they did a great job. It is terrific when you can find good contractors, and Dave at All American is that, he gave me a fair price and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
Our old A/C died and contacted All American for a quote among several other local companies. All American's price was far lower and the new unit was installed the next day. Dave is very professional, friendly and responds very quickly. Highly recommended.
Very happy with the excellent customer service I received yesterday. Had a small leak in A/C condensation runoff pipe in attic which was replaced in 20 mins. Then had a healthcheck on A/C that wound up needing some refrigerant added. I was kept informed of what was needed during service call and there were no surprises. I am very pleased and will be using them again when needed.
We have been having 90-100 degree days the last few weeks so when I needed my AC looked at, I was prepared to wait for someone to fit me in. What a surprise it was when I called All American at 9am this morning and someone quickly answered the phone, I explained my issue and agreed to run home at lunch time to let them take a look at it; less than 4 hours later my AC was up and running and no longer leaking all over my utility room.
