Stay far away. Installed a condenser for my mini split unit. After four months the heating and air conditioning failed to work. My girlfriend called multiple times. He didnt pick up. I called under a different number. He picked up. Said he would fix the system. Never showed up. Dude is a scam

Excellent communication - responded within hours for request for estimate. Called with updates when running late. Mike is very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. Price was competitive and actually showed up on time, even a little early, His crew was very professional and worked well together. Finally, they cleaned up and left the house and garage as they found it. Installed new duct work, AC, furnace and hot water heater all in one day I don’t know happened here since my first review but they their service and communication has certainly gone down hill. This review is not about the quality of their workmanship but about their attitude towards customers. About 2 or three weeks ago I spoke with Mike, the owner, about installing an electronic air purifier. He said he could not quote over the phone but would stop at my house within the next day or so to take a look and provide an accurate quote. He never showed. Two weeks later I called the office and explained what happened to Dianna (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She said she would put me on the schedule for Tuesday between 2 and 4. The tech arrived at 4:30. This is understandable but common courtesy would result in a phone call that he was running late. He said Mike would call the next day with a quote. It’s now 3:00 PM Thursday and still no call. This is not a way to retain clients.
Everyone at Accurate Mechanical is very professional and friendly! They did an excellent job installing our furnace (and moving it into our attic), condenser, and hot water heater. They were also very helpful in getting us all the available rebates for the high efficiency equipment. I highly recommend them!
I would give no star if I could. I did the save green project through njng and they picked this company to install my dual system. And it only took 3 years for the thing to start leaking In diff spots to find out that the reason is because they installed it all WRONG. I tried contacting them multiple times and emailed them pics of proof and they refused to return any calls or email. It is a poor company and it was a poor job done. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Now I have to get a whole new system installed because of the negligence of this company!
Mike and his team from Accurate Mechanical worked with me to correct bad ductwork that was placed in my house before I moved in. They drastically improved my air conditioning and heating situation and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend this company.
They did a great job on installing my 2 new condensers. They also fix some venting issues in the attic that other companies overlook. Great job highly recommend them.
They did a terrible job on my ac unit and they dont know how to drive to boot. They are a danger.
