Henry showed up on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnose the problem and found the issue within about 10 or 15 minutes. Explain pricing and finish the work immediately. His visit took no longer than 30 minutes. Henry’s work, and my One Call experience was excellent!

Osman was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained explained the repair that was required and went through everything that was done when the work was done.
I had a tree fall onto my wires and rip down my electrical service. One Call responded quickly and were able to get power restored the same day. The crew worked quickly, neatly and professionally. They even took the time to wear shoe coverings when entering my home. Beyond satisfied and would highly recommend them.
Great job done by Tim and Kevin. They addressed all of my concerns and did a great job installing my whole house water filtration system. I’ve already signed up for the maintenance contract because of their work. Would definitely use One Call in the future!
Tim and Luis came, evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done as well as the time it would take to do the job. Tim then showed me options of new units to be installed and gave me an estimate for the job.

The gentleman that came were so nice! I had called 20 minutes before closing about my problem , I had no power on certain parts of my home. They were able to come the same day! They were very thorough and was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was with my electricity and explained everything as they were working. My wife and I trust One Call and will definitely call them again with any problems!
The tech was great at explaining everything about my electrical system in terms I understood. He was thorough and gave options for big items that need to be replaced.

4/25/2023 Luis was here today to do our spring service on our AC. He was great and did a wonderful job. One Call is a great company, we highly recommend them. 2021 We have always been satisfied with One Call Electrical. Tim and Kevin are excellent technicians. Friendly, Polite, knowledgeable, and on time. Definitely recommend them.
Two ceiling light fixtures would start blinking when turned on. The technician found the problem and resolved the issue.

Annual generator maintenance was preformed for the 4th year in a row. The technician is very thorough in checking that all parts of the generator are running properly. The technician is also excellent at trouble shooting any issues and solving any problems that arise. The technician is professional, well mannered, and personable. Will continue to work with this company. Highly recommend.
I called One Call for an issue I was having with the power in two places in my house. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and tried to be accommodating. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and Henry, the technician, was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me. They were also able to meet my time requirements when I asked them to. I will call them again in the future if needed and have even recommended them to others.
Osman was the tech. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Put down the tarp on the floor to keep the room clean. Great job.
Henry is always friendly Tries to help and advise you the best way They ran direct lines Add fuses Repair wiring and install new fixtures So far no issues and my electrical system is working better since the work/upgrade was performed

I have been a One Call customer for years. Their service and professionalism is first rate. Besides using them for electrical maintenance and repairs, and HVAC servicing, they also installed my electrical panel, ny water heater, and my furnace and central air conditioner.
