This is not a review for this store, but for a particular employee ANDRE W. Everyone who shops here should avoid him at all cost. He is extremely rude and dishonest I delivered a DoorDash McDonald’s order to this person, he was harassing me all the way by calling and texting asking about his food. I delivered the food with correct order number to the store, handed to his colleague (he’s really nice). Then he reported the order was wrong after 6 hours passed. Both me and McDonald’s employee checked the order numbers match, it’s 100% correct. If you can’t even afford McDonald’s, please beg for free food on the street
Online order pickup has gotten significantly better and quicker. They even have a dedicated person at the order pickup desk so it was fast. There is little to no waiting for order pickups which is how it should be. [earlier review] Horrible wait time. It destroys the purpose of ordering online. If I have to wait 20-30 minutes to pick something up then what’s the point of trying to save time by ordering online. They need to hire more people to speed things up.
Went to the South Plainfield location for a pick up today. Had an excellent experience thanks to Trevor who went above and beyond to share his expertise with me to ensure a successful outcome with my purchase. Grateful for his knowledge and willingness to lend a helping hand. Thank you Trevor!

I needed to replace what I thought was an ancient motor for my kitchen exhaust fan from the 1950's. Grainger actually had a multitude of possible models! I brought the motor with me to Grainger and Ana sifted through all the models until we found the right one. I got it home and it fit perfectly. There were only a few people working there at the time (it was a Monday afternoon) so I had to wait 10 minutes or so to be helped, but it was certainly worth it.
Didn't have exactly what I needed, but worked really hard to try and get me a duplicate.

They close at 3 now! Edits: Third try was a winner... Got there not on a Saturday, and before 3. Extremely polite and helpful. In and out in 5 minutes. Just wanted to make sure other innocents know about COVID hours. There are two signs on the door... The printed one is current. I'd love to spend an hour browsing all the cool stuff when life is normal again!

As an electrical contractor I only use grainger occasionally. They have awesome stock and can have almost anything for tomorrow morning, but compared to electrical supply houses garainger is very expensive. A lot of the times more than 3 times as much. Because of the money they are only used sparingly by us.

They have everything, even the kitchen sink and the tools needed to install it! The staff is as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as you can imagine. I happen to frequent here a lot and make many, large orders. If anything is ever slightly off, they correct it immediately, with a smile. Every trip here is fast and efficient!
