I reached out to NJ HVAC to ask a question about a problem I was having with my HVAC system and humidity levels in my new home. Herman took the time to answer the questions even though I live in another state which is outside of his service area.
HVAC stopped working on a week with a summer heat wave. Called Herman, and in an hour him and his guys were out here diagnosing the machine. Took him 15 minutes to find what was wrong and have the HVAC up and running again (faulty capacitor). Great guy, speedy service, would highly recommend.

After experiencing issues with our home furnace, I called NJ HVAC. Their response was swift, the issue was solved the very next day. They troubleshooted the system, provided appropriate maintenance, modified what was needed installing new registers and new vents. Herman was great to work with, I highly recommend his business. We needed to shut off our hvac unit after a heavy storm last year. Herman and his team came on site and turned my cooling system back on in time for the summer months. Now that I have worked with them in the past, I plan to continue working with Herman for ongoing maintenances.

NJ HVAC did a phenomenal job installing the new air handler system in our home. We got several quotes from other service providers in the area. NJ HVAC had the best price. They also came recommended from several people on the parent group in our town. We could not be more pleased with our decision. The owner contacted us in a timely manner, gave a reasonable quote, and scheduled our installation without delay. The employees that did the installation were professional, prompt, and polite. Honestly, I could not say enough about them. They have been working with the company for many years. In fact, the owner remarked it took him some time to find employees of their caliber. The installation was seamless. Our home has never been more comfortable.

I hired New Jersey HVAC to do a full ventilation system cleaning which had not been done in awhile. Setting up the appointment was a simple process. The workers showed up on time. During the whole process they wore booties to ensure there was no messing up the floors or carpet. A very professional and knowledgeable company. When leaving they showed my wife and I the amount of dust/dirt their equipment removed from the duct work. The also cleaned my condenser filter while onsite. In closing, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a true professional job at a reasonable cost.

New Jersey HVAC did a complete cooling and heating system installation in my home. The quality of the work was exceptional and Herman was very professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. This company appears very knowledgeable in the HVAC industry. I waited to place review until all the equipment was fully functional and working exactly as expected. The pricing was very reasonable and I am fully satisfied with the results. Very profession and prompt service. Herman and his team kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and addressed any concerns or questions promptly and thoroughly. They not only cleaned the ac ducts/dryer vents, but went above and beyond to recommend the most reasonable options/prices, very honest and forth coming through the whole process. I highly recommend him. They travel all throughout New Jersey which is a huge plus. Difficult to find great help that's reliable. I will be utilizing their services in the future for any hvac related issues!

I strongly recommend New Jersey HVAC they do fantastic job. They provided excellent and extremely prompt service.In 24 hours my furnace was replaced, and the old one was removed. HVAC recently completed an inspection cleaning and charged the AC system of my townhouse in Clifton, NJ. They did a complete cleaning of the AC coil and furnace components including ductwork. They were professional and provide great service. Their prices are comparative. I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them without hesitations.
I give NJ HVAC the highest possible ranking. First, they responded very quickly and courteously, as others did not. Then, they diagnosed my problem 100% correctly, which others did not. They then fixed the problem completely, and also suggested other things I could do in the future to improve performance at no cost, such as explaining clearly what I need to do for proper preventative maintenance. When they came to my place for the work, even though the work itself is very dusty, they were very careful about keeping the place clean, and when finished it looked like they had never been there. All the workmen were very polite and good-natured. Finally, the price was very competitive. This is a very, very good company to work with.
