I can definitely say the service was great!
When our HVAC system was on the ropes, Preferred was recommended to my wife & I in our local forum. After reaching out, Matt came by to assess the situation with our system and we decided it was time for a new one to get installed. Professional, knowledgable, and efficient, Matt and his co-workers came to install an entirely new HVAC unit and they knocked it out of the park! The entire crew were great to communicate with and the job they did was excellent. Preferred took care of everything from start-up to clean up. I would not hesitate to call Preferred Plus again. Thank you very much guys!
Matt and his team are excellent. My water heater started leaking and it was a mess. I called a few places and felt I was speaking to a customer service rep. I thank God I found Preferred Plus-Matt who is the owner picked up the phone..and was at a job already. He took the time to find the heater that I needed to replaced/installed. He got right back to me with price and he was able to install it the same day. He explained everything it was replaced no mess. No issues definitely a must. Great price too. Thank you Matt and your team. Very professional!
I have 2 boilers for radiator heating and I've been having some lingering issues with one of them. Matt and his co-worker did an exceptional job with doing maintenance, cleaning, and replacing a large pipe that was leaking on one of the boilers. He also quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with the pressure and was able to repair it. He is friendly, infromative, easy to communicate with, on time, and has decent pricing. I definitely found my go to plumber and would call him again. Highly recommended.
I’d highly recommend Matt (owner) for anyone looking for plumbing service. He installed my sump pump with water powered back up, serviced my water heater, and hooked up my gas grill. He was very professional and responsive. Also, he provided a very fair quote compared to a couple other local providers. I’m very happy with Preferred Plus and they will be my first call if I need anything going forward.
I just randomly pick someone out of Google and Matt responded quickly came down to fix my AC issue in a matter of time great service more than professional. Will look to call him in the future for additional services.
Our central air stopped working yesterday and it was 88 degrees in here. Not good for me as I have Emphysema. We called Preferred Plus this morning and Matt Carr said he would be right over. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional and his work is excellent. In a matter of a few hours he fixed our central air and the temperature has dropped 10 degrees already. Matt’s price was also very reasonable. He is definitely our go to guy from now on. If you ever need air conditioning, heating, plumbing and pretty much everything. Matt is definitely the man to call. Thank you so much for a great job.

I called Matt with the huge problem I created myself, he showed up at my home in 30 minutes! He managed to make the repair in my my shower that I had so royally screwed up in feeble attempt to tackle this on my my own.. these guys did a really good job, and their prices were absolutely reasonable, for once I was happy to pay! Thanks A lot for coming through so quickly and handling it even faster than it took for you guys to show up. Sorry about the dog. Next time I will definitely call you guys
Matt Carr is a talented, fair, quality, courteous, experienced plumber and electrician who will be the only one you will ever call. He remodeled our small bathroom from demolition to new and improved, with new tiles, new toilet, new sink and vanity, new tile flooring, new light fixtures, and we've used him many times since for plumbing, electrical work, and general home improvements with great satisfaction. He and his staff are respectful of your home and property, and of your time, and your wallet. You won't be disappointed!
Based on a recommendation, I called Matt Carr of Preferred Plumbing to fix some issues with my steam and hot water radiator systems. I was very satisfied with his work. Have called him a few times since then to do more work and not just hvac. He installed a backup sump pump and a vent pipe to the roof. Again, very happy with his work and quite reasonable. And he really knows how to fix these types of issues! I would definitely recommend him.
We were experiencing a water backup with our main water line. The soonest scheduled appointment wasn't until 5 days from when it started, however Matt and his team were able to squeeze in time on TWO separate days to make sure we were alright ASAP. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reasonably priced and they did not try to sell anything that did not need fixing. Highly recommended!!!

I called Matt explain that I need my bathroom sink and kitchen faucet to be put in just remodel. He came the next day within one hour was done and very affordable price. I was very satisfied. I recommend him highly.
I hired Preferred Plus to help with some HVAC issues and to install new Smart Thermostats in my 1930's colonial house. Matthew was a true professional, and did an incredible job with the entire installation. He is a true expert and is very fair with his prices; I highly recommend him for any HVAC and plumbing issues that you may have. I will most definitely be using him again in the future.
