Wolfschmidt did a great job in all aspects of having our sewer main replaced. The workers demonstrated professional craftsmanship. The office administration were courteous and trustworthy...plus a fair price!
I called about a shower leak. They were quick to respond. Pat was wonderful and calming. He said I needed the cartridge replaced. Pat was so professional and worked quickly. Very honest and fair. They care about their customers! Highly recommend!

We were recently in the market for a new hot water heater, knowing that ours was getting up there in age and trying to be proactive before it completely failed on us. Prior to contacting Wolfschmidt, we got an estimate from our regular HVAC company, which happens to be one of the largest and most reviewed in the area. They sent a salesperson from the company to our house (first red flag) to take measurements and give us the quote. The guy was looking around our house (including into a storage room!) and commenting on possessions that had absolutely nothing to do with the job at hand, and the quote ended up being about $600 more than expected with a supposed “promotion” applied and certain necessary supplies for the job noted as “exclusions” on the estimate. We decided to do our due diligence and shop around to other companies (we reached out to 6 companies and got quotes from 4, thanks to some no-shows) and we are so grateful that we found Wolfschmidt, largely based on other customers’ glowing reviews. When I first called last week, I was expecting to schedule a time for an in-person estimate like I did with every other (larger) company. Tia answered the phone, asked about my existing water heater (size, vent set up, flue size, etc.) and named Wolfschmidt’s price for the equipment and installation on the spot right over the phone! She also requested a couple of pictures to give her an idea of the job and to make sure the price was accurate. She called back within five minutes to confirm that the price she gave me is what it would indeed cost to do the job. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first and it all sounded too good to be true and way too easy. But the more I thought about it, it seemed like this is exactly how the process should work. A company knows you need a specific sized water heater, they know how many technicians it’ll take to do the job, how long it’ll take to do it, and that’s what should go into the cost, right? If I could give them a million stars I would! These guys are the real deal!! I had two different plumbing companies come out before they did. One of them was a big well known company and the other was a local business and still both came out and couldn’t fix my clog, they even gave me different reasons for the clog. One said it was roots growing down there, and the other said could be a broken pipe which both sounded like insane amount of money but then we were recommended Wolfschimdt (specifically got connected to Bill) and after chatting with him for a while, I could tell they are very experienced more than anyone I hired so I gave it another shot, even though i felt hopeless since two other companies didn’t figure it out. But the Wolfschmidt crew came out and were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and overall so pleasant to work with they fixed it immediately and got it all cleared out, they made it look so easy after I spent almost a week with having water backup and couldn't use my shower or sink or nothing + wasting my money with other plumbers who couldn’t fix it. Try Wolfschmidt before you try ANYONE else, they’re truly the best.

I got a call, on Monday evening, from my Daughter, who wanted to bathe my 4 year old Granddaughter. "We have no hot water"! I went over to her house, the HW heater was leaking. It was installed in 2005. I shut it down and drained it the best I could. Time to replace it. On Tuesday morning, I started to make some calls. Some could not come out, timely. Some needed to come out for a service charge to provide a quote. I did not get confirmation when the install could occur. When I contacted Wolfschmidt Plumbing, I was able to text a few pictures to receive a quote and they could do the installation the same day. The installers were great. They called before coming and arrived on time. They maintained a clean work area. They worked quickly and had the old heater out and the new one installed. They used all new fittings, new shut-off valves, new gas line and new 4 inch venting. I am very happy with the completed work. We had hot water within just a few hours of contacting them. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a really great company that delivers great service.

My hot water heater failed while I was away on vacation with the result of a flooded basement. Wolfschmidt sent someone the same day to turn off the leak and help dry the basement. The very next day a team came and removed the old hotwater heater and replaced it with a new one. They handled the permits with the town and we passed inspection with no issues. Very profession, prompt, friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Great team, quality work - I have used them for multiple jobs and would highly recommend them. Nice to have a local company like this and not a massive franchise that does not provide reliable affordable service.

There are not enough words to describe the outstanding service we received from Wolfschmidt! We had been dealing with a different AC Repair company and we had been without air for over 2 weeks… Each time this other place came out, something else was wrong and they had no idea what they were doing. Even after 2 weeks, during the hottest weeks in July, they still had to go back and “reorder parts”… Wolfschmidt had someone out to us, within the hour we called, and they knew exactly what to do! There wasn’t any beating around the bush or time wasting, they were fast and efficient with everything they had to do. The stark difference in not only service but friendliness and understanding was night and day once we went to Wolfschmidt. We only wish we had gone with Wolfschmidt first! After 2 weeks of sitting in 86-95 degree heat INSIDE, we can finally rest easy with cool fresh air thanks to Tim, Renee, Graham, and everyone else at Wolfschmidt!
Great service and timely response. I was having a French drain installed and a water line was hit. Wolfschmidt had someone out to repair the waterline within an hour and the repair only took 30 mins at most. Highly recommend.
My tenant's heater went out on one of the coldest weakends this year. They came out - told me the problem - my 49 year old furnace had to be replaced. Gave me a good price and compleated the work on the following Monday. The best service ever.
Wolfschmidt is a fantastic, local business that beats the competition on every front. We had no heat for a weekend and the day after I called Wolfschmidt cleared their schedule to come install my boiler.
