Tom and associate were professional and addressed all my concerns and questions. Service was completed promptly and thoroughly.
Sal is by far the best HVAC technician. Explains in detail what he is doing and why and fixes the issue! Could not explain in words how happy I am with his service.
The guy that was sent out to service my dads unit seemed nice and professional, He told us that the unit was an older unit and that they didn’t make the type of coolant anymore but he had some in his truck. My dad told him that we only wanted a pound and instructed him to let us know when it got to a pound (because he didn’t have a lot of money to spend)! He told my dad he was at a pound but stated “I’ll just put some more in for you”. Once he was done the total was approximately $300 more than what he initially quoted us for! He charged my dad for the additional amount “he decided to put in” (which we didn’t ask for)! This was very unprofessional. My dad is a senior citizen and the fact that he took advantage of him is disgusting! We will not be using this company again.

We hired them to install a mini-split system and was very satisfied with the end product. Everyone was very professional and really nice, from the first call through the quote and installation. They always answered the phone and responded very quickly to questions. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Cannot recommend Ward higher! After calling multiple companies, Ward was by far the most helpful over the phone before anyone even came out. They were extremely honest, very communicative, transparent and fixed my heating issue. Amazing customer experience and everyone involved with Ward was so nice. I had used Ward's in the past for a few service calls and their technicians were always awesome! When I decided to replace my older HVAC, I called Ward's for an estimate. Their price for a Bryant (which is a Carrier in disguise!) was significantly less than PSE&G or Horizon for a better system. On the day of installation, two technicians arrived on time and walked me through the process. Then they got to work. They were clean and respectful of my house and property. It was obvious that both were professional and knowledgeable. The one technician even went as far as crafting the reducer in the main duct on the spot, by hand. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up all trash and removed the old equipment and then made sure I understood how to operate everything. If you are looking for a great, local company with great people, I would highly recommend Ward's. I am completely satisfied with their work.
