Joe was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived around 8am as promised. He did my plumbing inspection which is part of my service contract. I had a leak under my bathroom sink which he repaired. He also diagnosed and fixed an unknown sink stopper leak. He used quality products for my repairs and completed my service promptly. I will continue to rely on Binskey's services.

The technician who was hired to come and service my boiler and water heater came inside, took a look for about 5 seconds, and decided the whole unit needed to be replaced without trying any form of troubleshooting that might enable the system to be operational. I know that there actions he could have taken to help my family get hot water because after about 30 mins of reviewing how I might fix the problem myself in Google, I safely added pressure to the system and an hour later had hot water. Go figure.
Phil is a fantastic responsible exceptional employee that did not give up even though this old house with it's crusty electric wires made it very difficult...He stuck with it and got us up and running ...You are very lucky to have such a man working for you ...As usual our Binsky experience is excellent ...Thank you ...
I submitted a request for service online and set up an appointment for 2 days later. Although I had to call to ensure that a technician was truly visiting (no confirmation before that), a friendly technician appeared and assessed the issue. Subsequently later that day, a nice salesperson visited to allow me to purchase new equipment and set up an installation date. I have used Binsky before and am a satisfied repeat customer.
Amazing job. I had a tough ask with some electrical work with very high ceiling! Perfect work. Saved the day.
The technician who came out today was outstanding ~ he knew the issue before he even looked at the unit and confirmed it after throughly investigating ~ highly recommend 5+ stars!!

We needed a technician on a Sunday and much to our reliaf, he arrived earlier than expected. He quickly determined what the problem was with our AC unit, explained it clearly, replaced it and thankfully we had reliable air conditioning for some very humid weather.
From the first visit with Mark coming to the house to go over the job he was so very professional and was able to explain the job that would be done in a way I could understand. The morning AJ and Steve arrived for the install from start to finish they did an amazing job we are so impressed and will let all our friends and family know. Thank You

Charged $450 for a 20 minute drain snake out. I asked for more a price that better reflected the job and got a shoulder shrug.
They gave me one price to perform maintenance on my tankless hot water system. The technician was great but the price quoted for completing the job, flushing the system was quoted as twice as much as the original quote.
Awesome job replacing my home’s PRV, install gauge and expansion tank. Thank YOU Joe for a suburb job and supervisor, Dan, too for all the discussion time talking through the variables and a plan to maintain and further protect my home’s plumbing system.
Called Binsky at 3 PM with a failed water heater. Got a new water heater installed and running by 7 PM. Fantastic response everybody should use Binsky!
Generator installation including gas, piping and electrical installations and multiple inspections. The installers were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and instructed us about our Generator concerning weekly tests, annual maintenance, checking the light especially if generator has needed to run for more frequent maintenance. I want to thank Ron, Phil, George, Kashon, and Steve and the office staff who helped us with the permit process and all the scheduling of the Inspector visits including the Inspector’s names, dates and times. The entire Team was wonderful and professional.
Ron was personable knowledgeable and answered all our questions… even the dumb ones. Very impressed by the whole experience We had Binsky install AC for our whole 102 year old house, so not an easy job. The lead mechanic Lenny and his helper were on the job, Lenny really knew his stuff and they did great work despite the trying conditions. One day was the smoke from the wildfires, the next was working in our thousand degree attic, so I give these guys a lot of credit The Job was done quickly and professionally with no real disturbances. And they couldnt have been nicer
Couldn’t be anymore satisfied with Jared’s work! Excellent plumber! He replaced our bathrooms’ faucets & pipes!! Tripled checked everything, took his time with everything. No more leaks 🙌🏽 thank you Jared & thank you Binsky!
Needed an evaluation/estimate regarding fitting and installing kitchen sink. Explained options clearly, will use after acquiring new sink, faucet.
