Really bad experience,,, I don’t recommend this company,, they restarting heating on house what I rent it,, I all ready pay it $1000 ,,, ( they want to change some another parts,,)after couple hours what I pay it some deposit $1000,, I all ready canceled,, still they promised me refund my money,,,,, but never happens,, was 28 January,, now is May,, stay of way about this company,, horrible conversation,, waiting for money so long time,,and,,,,,,
This company is terrible I would not recommend at all they try to sell you things that say you need when they install it does not work !!!’ I will never recommend this terrible company ever mike Khawatmi I believe is the owner he was my tech never again dissatisfied don’t use
I had a terrible experience with Lava Heating Service. Their service was a complete waste of time and money. I called them because one of the heat pipe was leaking and they came out to take a look. The technician who arrived was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He broke the other working part and we were out of heat for one day. He changes some part with used/faulty one. He never gave any receipt for the part or any of the services. Overall, I would never recommend Lava Heating Service. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and way too expensive. Save yourself the trouble and find another heating service.
I paid lava and heating $1250 to buy a part that was needed for my AC unit. That was the last time I saw him. He does not return calls or pick up the phone, this was 6 months ago. Drove to his business address and it is an apartment. I am getting lawyers involved!
From a hard working home owner this company is no good. The employees in this company are very dishonest. Came to my house to fix a toilet issue it does not say plumbing anywhere still they assure me they do plumbing they were referred to my by plumbers of North Bergen a online plumbing service. They took bank cards and debit cards they the plumber of this company called me to arrange time. When they got to my house and started then noooo!!! no more debit or credit cards they wanted cash or Zelle. They remove a brand new fill valve off my toilet and put a used old one telling me it was that part that was bad charged me $395.00. Then when that did not work they tell me to give them an additional $700.00 to change something else CASH.... When I told them I was calling the company manager to check because I was feeling like I was getting ripped off they got mad and started talking aggressive to me and told me they were leaving. OK happy to get rid of them I asked them to leave my brand new purchased fill valve the one they took off to and put a used one as they storm out one tells me we left it in the bathroom. They took the part STOLED the part. DO NOT GET RIPPED OF BY THIS COMPANY VERY DISHONEST.

I called lava heating at 9 PM on Christmas Eve when our heating was broken on the coldest day of the year. Omar immediately came by was able to diagnose the problem within a matter of minutes and fixed our heating right away. He literally saved Christmas for us. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely be using him in the future. Not only was he great at his job, but he was also a really nice guy as well.
Amazing services from Lava., From the initial of installation HVAC Unit & explain every thing it was top notch. In future heating and air conditioning maintenance I will call LAVA team.
