Their pricing was also very reasonable, which was a huge relief given the time of year and how cold it was outside. I contacted this company to have my A/C system dismantled and they got back to me quickly. They broke my AC system on time with proper experience and correct solution at fair price and informed me about the work. I am very happy with their work because they do great work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
john and john did an outstanding job of helping us determine the best approach to handling the necessary repairs in our condo. We decided to replace the bathroom faucets (instead of replace valves) and we were very happy with the many discounts that were offered if we wanted to "do it right". An exception was made for service in the south Loop because of the recommendation by Noel at 5plumbingchicago and I am beyond grateful given the results.
Pipes froze in shower and extreme valve replacement needed! Came on Christmas Eve. Prompt, friendly and professional! Thank you so much for rescuing us on the holidays in negative degree weather! John and Ali are the best!! Would 100% recommend and call again!

Excellent company. I have used Intercity for years. Their work is always excellent and complete. They are very responsive to any emergencies, return phone calls promptly, and are on time for scheduled appointments. Their prices are fair. I would never think of using another company.

They were fast and did a great job matching the colored concrete, reinstalling the pavers, and improving the drain. I plan on using them for more jobs in the future, and will have them regularly jet the lines to keep the long drive with a shallow drop cleared
