Malek and Frank both came to install our new Rheem HVAC unit at our home in Piscataway NJ. They were very professional with the installation and explained what they were doing throughout the process! We upgraded our HVAC unit from a 2 Ton to a 2.5 Ton and we could not be happier with the performance. Highly recommend them to all my friends and family for the excellent service!
Frank and Malek with there team came to install new HVAC system on my house in Morristown, they are professional, hard working, communicative and very clean. They have adequate explanation for the work plan if theere is any nessecary change to divert from the original plan. i have been discussing with Frank the sale man and he very accommodate person. I would highly recommend the team and for their outstanding service, friendly and professional staff.
I was referred to Indoor Expert heating and cooling services,and they did not disappoint! The communication was clear and accurate, and our technicians, Malek&Frank , was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to diagnose the problem with our heating system and fixed it in under an hour. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend!
Frank and Malek with his team did a good job replacing my AC and furnace. He knows what he is doing and helped me setup the internet access controlling the thermostat via an app. Worked was very thorough and professionally done. Frank, the sales guy did pretty well explaining the different options and also convinced me to take the variable A/C to improve humidity of my home and better efficiency,
Frank and Malik had very good communication before the install. They came on the day of the install and installed the unit then up charged me for all the materials needed for the install when it was included in the quote i was given. At the end of the install they told me that they did not have refrigerant to recharge my system they would be back to charge but stopped answering my call after. Very bad service. Stay away !!!
