Best company in North Jersey I hired them for my rooftop unit and my walk in cooler for my business Erik was the best he provided excellent service and did perfect service , hired them for my heating cooling needs at home Erik did the best again he installed 105 BTU Weil McLain boiler 50 gallon hot water the job was perfect again thank you Erik I highly recommend Celestial Air for any commercial or residential hvacr services Thank you again
THIS COMPANY IS JUNK. DO NOT USE THEM. We hired them 3 years ago and they were stellar because they had different owners. The current owner, Tom, does not know how to conduct business. He makes promises and does not keep them. He is a liar. They say they will come to start a job and will simply not show. The other manager Eddie, is as rude as he is incompetent in his work. They were going to do a $15000 job for our home and have completely lost our faith and trust, and most importantly, our business. DO NOT USE. I am a real live person, not some bot. I have a family to take care to include elderly parents with heart conditions that can not tolerate this crazy summer heat. They have not returned my down payment yet either.
Worst customer service i have ever witnessed. Technicians that came didn’t speak much english and tried to charge me to take out the ac fuse and put the same one back in. Service was bad yet still charged me full price(told me another price over the phone). Do not recommend to anyone!
