Despite the great reviews online, professional online presence and longevity of this business the representative that was assigned for a simple AC leak fixture in a residential building was not well prepared. The prices are incredibly higher than the average of NJ/NY for which we expected a steady resolution but unfortunately had to contract another AC company to repair the system at a fraction of the cost.
Excellent service when setting and confirming the appointment. All Work was completed with care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!! Five star experience.
driving down the shoulder on 440 is dangerous. the van had a 9 on the back. I understand no one likes traffic but not cool.
I'm very happy with their work of replacing my water heater. 1) Don who gave the quote was patient and responsive, answering all my questions with candid info and within 1-2 days. 2) The Rheem 50-gallon electrical water heater has 10 year warantee, worthy of its price. Quotes from other 3 companies I got include 6 year warantee usually. 3) They have both plumbing and electrical work permits. Another company offered lower price and similar quality service but then I learned that they don't have permit to do electrical work and I would have to hire my own electrician for the job. 4) The crew (Jon, Michael) came right on time, and finished the job in 3 hours as they estimated. They were professional and super tidy, having the work area and the hallway totally cleaned.
I have used Pzuzansky 4 times in the past 5 years - a leaky pipe in a wall, a boiler pipe repair, and boiler maintenance. First, leaky pipe: called in AM, 2 plumbers arrived in afternoon, quick diagnosis and fix of a small "sprayer" leak. Repeat experience on boiler pipe fix. Used them for boiler maintenance, easy to schedule, arrived on time, explained everything to me in non-technical terms. Maybe not the cheapest around but quality of service is worth every $.
My heating unit stop working during the night , called in the morning Pruzansky plumbing came in 1hour, found problem, fixed unit, very experienced, profesional. Thank you Pruzansky plumbing

Highly unprofessional and overpriced waste of time and money. If you want to pay money for no service this is the company. They'll charge you $175 to come out and do no work. For only $175 per visit of 15 minutes, no job done, if they do anything at all, gossiped about to outside non related sources to the job, you will be later on yelled at, talked down to, you'll be stuck at home waiting for an appointment they never scheduled. Pay attention to their negative reviews all over the web, there's a reason for that.
Terrible experience with pruzansky plumbing. They have terrible communication skills, overpriced services and terrible costumer service. They came to fix a leaky sink, a few weeks later it was leaking again. Then they told us they'd be here on a specific day and time they never showed up. They lied and yelled at us over the phone. They don't know how to treat their customers. Get your act together or you will keep losing good costumers.
Was in the Home Depot parking lot when one of these vans pulled up next to my car. As I’m sitting in the car one technician opens his door and hits the side of my car. When I came out to look the technician looked at me as he’s smoking a cigarette blowing smoke in my face and says nothing happened. When I mentioned that his door had hit my car he denied it. I had a small dent in the side of my car. The other technician came out said that he didn’t hit car. After opening the vans door to see if it could have hit my car the 2nd technician then admitted that it had made the small dent. The 1st technician that hit my car didn’t even apologize until I mentioned the least he could do is apologize instead of blowing smoke my way and not taking accountability.
My PRV valve started leaking at the seam and my building recommended that I call Pruzansky for the repair. They were quick to respond to my situation and my new PRV valve is working perfectly. Thank you Pruzansky!
Our shower faucet was leaking and needed repair. We'd been told we'd have to tear out the wall. Pruzansky showed up, said they needed one part, got the part, replaced it, and we're all good now. It took 3 weeks to get the part, but at least we saved thousands and can thank Pruzansky for fine service!
Excellent Service - they called back right away to let us know that they were coming. They installed the toilet quickly and fixed the leaks.

I have used Pruzansky for a number of years now for plumbing (faucet installation, valve replacement) and HVAC maintenance. They are always on time, do great work, and put up with my annoying questions.
