Very friendly and courteous staff but had some issues. Not completely satisfied with HVAC services performed last year; felt the job wasn't completed as discussed. However, better results with more recent plumbing services (2 calls for different things). Their hourly rate is at the higher end for NJ but the work was high quality and, as usual, the staff was very easy to work with.
So glad I used Remm, Bill and John were phenomenal. Great to watch professionals who take pride in their work. They came and fixed the issue Will continue to use for future needs.
Remm just recently installed a new boiler and water heater for my wife and I, and we are very pleased with the results. The Remm team was on time, courteous, and responsive. Their work was excellent and the entire job was done in a single day. It was nice to be able to take a hot shower the same night the job was complete. I highly recommend Remm Heating, Inc. for any heating, a/c, or plumbing issues you may have.

Water heater went out on a Tuesday night. Remm was out the next day to replace it. I was able to get an estimate before hand so I wasn’t left with any surprises. Highly recommend. Thank you Noah and Brian.
worked with Remm before, and was happy with their service so I had them come replace our whole-house humidifier. work was done on time and done well. price was decent.
I hope you guys know that you are not special! You had so many parking spots but you park right in the unload area for handicap drivers! You should be ashamed

Remm has been my preferred plumbing, heating, cooling, sewer, “you name it they came to fix it for me” service company for the past 6 years. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and service top notch. They have replaced water heaters, air conditioning units, boilers, expansion tanks, jetted our sewer lines, installed toilets, replaced yards and yards of old plumbing. I honestly couldn’t do my job without them on my team.
Fast, courteous, and well within the market. Everything anyone could ask. My thanks to them.
These guys will give you a price on the phone and pull the good old switch up on you and the little guy who comes out will say, "oh that was for one man, we have two men here" and double the quoted price, but they tell you this after they are done with the joband present the bill.
I had some water leak issues over the weekend. Joe and his fellow co workers were very helpful and quick to identify the issue and create a plan to fix it. There is an after hours surcharge but that is understandable. Otherwise their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again in the future when needed.

UPDATED: I used Remm heating two years ago (see below for details) and they were great. Recently, my hot water heater sprung a leak, and when I searched plumbing, Remm came up. Brian and the other gentlemen I worked with were extremely responsive, came out right away to drain the leaking heater, and then came later the same day to install a new one. They have been extremely knowledgeable, informative, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend them; they are trustworthy and reasonably priced. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: I am a new homeowner and noticed a problem with my heater. Luckily, I called the right company -- Remm Heating. I found them through a simple google search. They were not only extremely honest, but Joe was very helpful and walked me through every step of the way. He kept me in the loop of what was going on, and they all worked really hard to get my heater fixed as soon as possible. I not only was satisfied with their service and prices, but I felt like they were trustworthy and honest, which is highly important to me. I would definitely recommend them! PS, thank you for ensuring that my house was nice and toasty during the low temperatures last week!

Everything about dealing with Remm is top notch. I was upset when I moved about an hour away from their headquarters because I would have to look for a new plumbing, heating and AC company. Fast forward and I could not find any company even half as good as Remm. They arrive on time, their work is always excellent, they clean up and have very fair pricing. I highly recommend Remm to anyone with any plumbing, heating and AC needs

Awesome company. Discovered a pipe leak deep within our walls 9pm on Thursday night. They were at my door 8am the next day (Good Friday). The leak was tracked & repaired by noon! We’ve been using them for 10 years & will continue to do so.
The unit is less than 1 year old purchased from and installed by Remm Heating Inc. The heating was not working. They found that the breaker was tripped and needed replacement. The charge is:$1,162.37 which I find excessive.
