The service was excellent. The initial call which was for a tune-up turned out to be a needed repair. The technicians initial call Joe and the repair Sherry and Lee were excellent. The office staff diligently found the part that was needed for our unit and raced to get it to be repaired. Job well done much appreciated . Thanks again. Would highly recommend this service.

100% a scam company. Took 10,000 of my money for a mini-split system, lied to me about delivery dates being in 1-2 weeks and now the product is on back order for who knows when. No one can help, managers never call back. I have called at least 9 times. They basically stole from me.

We used Pro Energy Solutions to install a ductless mini split system in our home. The system is a Carrier 4 zone heating and AC unit. We decided to do the install during a very busy time of year for this company. They were very responsive to get a representative out to check out our needs and get a quote. We liked the quote and moved forward with the installation. Their crew worked very hard to get the job done right and quickly. Their crew of workers were very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the job and the system and would recommend Pro Energy Solutions. Their service work is great too!
They have no sense of time management and came on a day of their own choosing. They installed a pipe for us which they charged me a extra 1,500 for by saying the system isn’t going to work if this is not installed and after telling me it would be done through the house they hung it outside the house causing me more issues with my HOA now and future issues when it stops working.
Frank from the company was so nice and professional. He did a great job hanging two ceiling fans and was very meticulous in the job. Thanks for everything!

Annual A/C maintenance. Elias was very professional and also fixed a small gas leak issue!
