This is my second experience with Art and Tiko from extra air. Earlier I did replace both my furnace and AC for townhome. I did shop around and no one could match the quote what they gave it to me. I was skeptical about the service but it turned out to be excellent. Guys turned up on time. Did what they were suppose to do. Cleaned up. I did ask for extra service to replace the smart thermostat they did it without hesitation. Genuine people to do business with no headache. Text is best way to stay on top of the communication with them, as they may be at work. Strongly recommended. 👍
Needed to replace my HVAC due to age and refrigerant. Contacted several big box stores who were very expensive. I contacted Art and he came to our house and explained every step (pros/cons). We decided to go with him. His crew was stellar, professional and did a very good job. Highly recommended!
Art is very knowledgeable and easy going person. Very easy to deal with. My ac was replaced with very professional quality work. They even level the pad again even if it was a replacement. He stopped by very next day to attend an electrical issue which was not his problem or caused by him. Very few people in business with such qualities where everyone is trying to cut corners. I have used Art for numerous years and am very happy and pleased with his services.. professionalism..knowledge..perfection..meticulous..very fair..honest..sincere..will truly tell you what you need or don't need..He installed my heat/ac unit and furnace and did same for my mom..Even the township commented about the work quality when they inspected unit. Art (owner of Extra Air Quality LLC) and his crew replaced my hot air furnace, A/C unit, hot water heater and did some duct work. They did excellent work in a timely manner at a great price. Called Art about a week after installation with some questions about some thermostat settings, he came the same day to show me how to do the settings. Very happy with their work and I would recommend them.

I got my heating and air conditioning replaced. Work was very professional. Art is very knowledgeable and responds to queries very promptly. Even three months after installation he answers all queries as promptly as before signing the contract. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Its comforting that you can trust google reviews. And I can now confirm that not only did I get the best price, but their promptness and reliability was unlike any other contractor I have dealt with. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would and the job was done, cleaned up and I have a new heating and ac system. And what is even better, I was unhappy with the way the filter was installed, Art said no problem, came back and basically redid/replaced an entire section of ductwork to keep the customer happy. I just wish they did more than mechanical work. Absolute pleasure to work with, highly recommend
