I use Lincoln Mechanical for all my heating and cooling needs. They maintain both my heating and cooling systems and I have used them for multiple repairs. The most recent service was an installation of a mini split air conditioner. They were on time, professional, did quality work, and everything was clean before they left. I can’t speak highly enough about Lincoln Mechanical! Jim, Chris and the entire team have been a tremendous resource for all issues related to our home heating and cooling. From the moment I first reached out, they’ve been highly responsive, professional and trustworthy in all of their assessments and recommendations. They provided a detailed proposal that outlined several different options, and they took the time to explain the costs and benefits of each. They followed up and checked in throughout the process — even on weekends and evenings — and never tried to pressure or upsell. Jim also presented some thoughtful and attractive financing options and rebates that other contractors were not even aware of! When we were ready to commence work, the Lincoln team was terrific! They were careful and respectful of our home and even mindful of the fact that my wife and I were working downstairs while they too were at work (so as to keep the noise down). We barely knew they were in the house! They returned even after the job was complete to check that all rooms were calibrated just right, and the air flow was consistent. Jim continues to be a trusted resource. The Lincoln team does a terrific job and takes pride in their work. Make them your first and only call for any HVAC needs!!
The team was Super professional polite and had a solution for all of our needs in our home met all expectations . They followed up & were very informative will recommend to anyone looking to do any AC work .
Their representative came on Friday to check out our current AC which was over 10 years old. He offered to service it but after consulting with him, I decided to replace with a new unit. He gave me a great price both for cleaning our existing ducts and installing an entire new HVAC system.
