My elderly mom thought her air conditioner was not working, It was the 4th of July and it was extremely hot outside.I was surprised and very thankful that Ross from Adriatic Aire answered the phone on a holiday! He went to my moms house the next morning. As it turned out, the unit was not broken, and he explained it was just being over stressed by the excessive heat. Ross was very honest, prompt, kind and professional! We are very grateful for him and will trust him with all of our HVAC needs in the future!

Ross was above and beyond. I wish I found him first but still glad he helped resolve an issue that a previous hvac company botched up. Since he was done with the diagnosis, and I was happy with that, I agreed to the maintenance service as well. My AC condenser now runs quieter and more efficiently. He even called back later in the evening to make sure all was well. That type of customer service amd fair pricing is not as common anymore sadly. I will be using Adriatic in the future (hopefully not soon repairs -wise, no offense). I will be installing whole house surge or AC protection with them. Thanks!
After our AC system decided to quit on some of the hottest days this year, I contacted Adriatic and within days had the process of replacing my system. For years we have used electric heat and Adriatic recommended a heat pump system which would be much more efficient, so not only did the AC system get replaced, but now have a heating system along with the installation of the Nest learning thermostat I should see a much lower energy bill each month. Adriatic was neat, professional, and punctual. Many of these workers are none of these, always late and leave your house looking like a disaster. I do highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone I know who is in need of HVAC work.

Please remember that your AC and Heating Furnace is only as good as your service technicians.
Ross was excellent! He communicated well throughout the process of servicing the ac units at my mixed use building. One of the tenants was without AC and he was able to get here in less than 24 hours to fix the issue and identify several ways to prevent further issues from occurring. Other places I called were 4-5 days just to diagnose the issue. I would highly recommend his services!
They came and diagnosed the issue and got the job done in a timely manner at an affordable cost. He explains the issue and what needs to be done in a very polite manner. There service is great and they work with you on the cost.
I wanted to upgrade my thermostats to Ecobee. While others asked me for $100.00 to check my system (no installation), Adriatic provided information over the phone about the thermostat and how it would not work with my system. He also suggested other brands over the phone. I am grateful for that.
Adriatic Air is top notch! Punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have helped us repair our AC and Heat that was poorly serviced and maintained by another company. They don’t do ‘short cuts’ Like many other companies. Communication is amazing, always explains what needs/should be done and waits for your approval. Recommend 💯
I can’t say enough positive things about Adriatic Air. The service was exceptional, the prices were more than reasonable, the responsiveness was immediate. Ross, who I dealt with, was honest and thorough with his assessment about my situation - my old heating unit stopped working and due to the age he highly recommended replacing it with a safer and more efficient unit. My unit was heavily rusted posing a carbon monoxide risk, so I was happy to have someone with his years of experience guide me. A big job, they made sure everything went smooth. Honest, old school family run business that still believes in personal customer service. I am 100% satisfied. Please give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

The folks at Adriatic Air always provide the highest level of service. They are highly professional and always Diagnose my HVAC issues and understand how to fix it. They’re top notch!
Fantastic service from Ross and dad. They were able to address several issues with my hot water system that had eluded several people who came before. The heating system previously made gurgling noises and would occasionally refuse to turn on or not turn off; now it works consistently and silently.
Ross and his Dad are an awesome team - they give you correct diagnosis and work around your schedule as well
