The service here is good, very expensive but good. I did however had an issue with them and decided to go with another company, I had a service plan with them and I called because there was no heat coming up and I had a newborn baby only to be told I had to pay an additional cost for them to come out even though I was due service at the time. I think that was very incompassionate....
Great experience and workmanship. Good listener and helps us with recommendations to maintain our heating and a/c systems.
Art and Dave called me before they arrived with their ETA. They were professional and a pleasure to communicate with. I am a former Reel Strong customer, and am very happy with the service I received from Woolley. I thought they were fair monetarily, and I will continue to use them, and recommend them. Thank you.
Art was there promptly at the scheduled time. He checked the unit , explaining what he was looking for. He showed me the readings the the unit was putting out. Said all was good and gave me my receipt. Art is always a pleasure to deal with.
BEWARE!! Folks before you have Woolley come and diagnose your furnace or HVAC unit do yourself a favor and make sure they can assure you they fully understand the problem with your system and will stand behind their "diagnosis." Don't just assume they know what they're doing and make the mistake I made and let them run you up thousands of dollars in diagnostics, parts & repairs just guessing what's wrong to finally just tell you sorry I can't fix it, you just need to by a new unit. Dear Mr. Difabio, Thank you for reaching out to me and correcting what started out as a bad situation and making it right. I appreciate all your help and glad to see you and the Woolley organization were able to take action to settle this for us and make things right. Thanks again, Tony Lucas.
Had Ed P. do our spring check-up for our central AC. Ed did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, such a pleasant man. With any of the service technicians at Wolley Home Solutions you cannot go wrong. Thanks Ed for your wonderful service.

Woolley has been our heating contractor for 30 years. We have an annual service plan with them. Am so pleased with their personal service, quick response, and punctuality. Ed P did the annual maintenance on the furnace recently. He is efficient, answers all my questions, and is friendly and neat. For emergency calls, Woolley helps me troubleshoot over the phone which often fixes the problem. Failing that, they arrive later the same day to get the heat going again. This past winter, Ed P and a co-worker fixed our radiant floor heat. Was a tricky problem to resolve. I recommend Woolley!
First service call on my oil furnace. Art D. showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and what we should look out for. Very professional. Never felt pressured to purchase things we didn't need. Too early to tell if the problem was fully solved, but I have confidence based on his expertise and the transparency and explanations. Good all around service experience. Update: regular service and delivery all working well. Recent tune up from Ed P. was top notch.
Art is not only a professional technician but such a pleasant person to talk to. Always asks if we have any concerns about anything before he leaves. Knowing our home is in good hands is a plus. Woolley Home should be very proud to have such an amazing team member

Today I had the pleasure of having Ed P. And David go above and beyond to replace my 75gallon hot water heater. They went out of their way to find a unit which was a challenge and replace and take away the old one the same day. I am so thankful for these two and the experience they have. I will absolutely use them again! They also completed the job even after the working day hours were done and the office closed! Can’t ask for more! 😀
