Mr. Jackson is a top-tier contractor and an undisputed expert when it comes to HVAC solutions. He diagnosed my problem within 30 seconds of looking at the furnace, and worked with me to come to a solution that made sense. He is a good communicator, prompt, clean, and his team does excellent work. He is highly recommended.
I was referred to Mr. Jackson by a friend I trust and I see why now. The gentlemen arrived on time and were very professional. I explained what the previous evaluation was and why I thought it was off the mark. Mr. Jackson and Justin diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. It was 2 simple things and cost 10 times less than what the previous person tried to tell me! I’m all for fairness and honesty!
When we had issues with hot water heater we did an online search for contractors to help. Jackson was our third phone call and the only contractor who made time to help. He was at our house within two hours of our call. Jackson is extremely professional and really delivers on customer satisfaction which was so very refreshing. We are so happy with his service, we shared his contact info with our closest friends. Should we ever need similar services in the future, Jackson will be our very first, and most likely our only, call.
Jackson’s is the best. There team are so professional, punctual and well trained in any line of work you required. My spouse just got his boiler fix two weeks ago and they did a fantastic job. They even when and get the parts that was needed and came back the same day and fix it. They are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone at anytime.

We had a leak by HVAC system in the basement and notice the central air was not blowing cold air. Mr. Jackson was able to figure out the problem with in 10 minutes and explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem . 2 week later the air is still blowing ice cold air and no leaks in the basement!!! Our experience with Jackson’s has exceeded our expectations. We had had them come out because our system was going to need replacement soon since it was leaking and having issues staying on. We wanted to upgrade our system to have AC and they created a plan on how to execute it since we were limited on height and out ductwork needed to be modified to fit an AC unit on top. Fast forward a few days after and our system actually stopped working before we could set a date for them to come out to do the work. They were able to come out less than a week from notice and get our new system installed in one day. The workers were nice,respectful,knowledgeable,and passionate about their work. You can tell there is a gold standard when it comes to their work because they made sure to walk us through the finished product and ensure we were happy with everything. Their pricing is fair and has been the best out of all the people we had come out to look at our system. We are extremely happy with our new system and will always recommend them to our friends and family!
Excellent service provided! Jackson Contracting arrived on-time and gave us a full overview of everything that required repair. They installed a new boiler, thermostat, new hot water heater and over 50ft of piping that needed to be replaced in our basement. Cost was more than reasonable for the quality of services we received. We suffered a lot of damage from storm Ida, plus other past storms. I highly recommend them and have plans for them to return to our home for additional repairs. Thanks to Jackson Contracting we have heat and will make it through the winter! Jackson's Contracting and HVAC exhibits the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, honesty, and kindness. My boiler stopped working after it broke down and flooded the basement. After contacting a previous plumbing service, we decided to call Jackson's Contracting and HVAC for a second opinion. When my husband called a kind and professional woman took our call. She explained that although the business was closed the next day, on Christmas Eve, they would make an exception to help us. They understood our concern of a broken boiler in freezing 30-degree winter weather with small children. Shortly after the initial call, we received a call back from Mr. Jackson requesting that we provide a few pictures of our antiquated boiler to determine the cause of the issue via text. He assessed the issue and showed up today, as scheduled. Mr. Jackson went to work straight away and repaired our boiler. The previous plumbing company told us that we needed a new boiler and said that it was impossible to repair due to substantial corrosion. Mr. Jackson possesses extensive experience in repairing older boilers like mine and recommended repair over replacement. The quality of his work is top tier and we appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Jackson's Contracting and HVAC has gained a client and we will never use another plumbing company again. We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism during this holiday season!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jackson's is a professional, reliable and thorough company. I scheduled my appt with Tracey and got a call a few hours before my appt to verify what my issue was. I had a 1-2pm appt window and someone arrived promptly at 1:30. He (Ibn Jackson) checked my HVAC unit & thermostat, walked me through what the potential issues could be and within an hour and a 1/2, my vents were no longer blowing cool air. Reasonable pricing for amazing service. I wanted my vents cleaned too but they don't offer that service (YET). I'm so glad I found them through the BONJ group on FB and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

I’ve previously used Jackson's Contracting and HVAC for problems with my HVAC system which was fixed to my liking; therefore, when I needed a sump pump installed, I contacted this same company. He performed an assessment and stated he would be able to install the sump pump, however, the sump pump was installed improperly, as it constantly ran and there was an excessive flow of water onto my driveway which saturated the ground. He returned to fix the flow of the pump and stated he would return to properly place the drain so that the water does not saturate the ground. He has not called or followed up since. I hired another contractor who assessed and stated the work Jackson did was sloppy, in which, he fixed. Jackson's work was very subpar, which is a great disappointment. RESPONSE: Mr Jackson, You're appalled at the review and i am appalled at the service I received and the lack of follow-up on your part once i informed you of my discontent. You installed the sump pump August 27, 2021 and payment was rendered after completion. I noticed the problem with your work shortly thereafter, and called you on the morning of August 28, 2021 and informed you of the error on your part as well as the large discharge of water on my property. You came on August 30, 2021 to correct the constant running of the pump and informed me, you would install a system within that week to correct the flow of the water which saturated my grounds. I have not had any contact with you since. Tropical Storm Ida took place 3 days after, so please do not use that as an excuse for your lack of professionalism. We never had a conversation the day of Tropical Storm Ida. My review of your subpar work is based off of 4 different companies assessing the work you completed.
After having water in the basement, I was initially concerned that both my water heater and boiler would need to be replaced, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Both the water heater and boiler are up and running. Thank you Mr. Jackson for your quick response. I highly recommend their services! They are also friendly, reliable, and very skilled in their craft.
