Came out quick on a hot day when the AC stopped working. Fixed it quick, and well for a very reasonable price and clearly explained what the issue was. I am very pleased with their service!

Jimmy’s Artic company was amazing. They were on time competitive bidding on price on time and great installation. If that wasn’t enough I accidentalIy gave them an extra 1,000 on payment and they refunded my money. That shows their honesty which is rare in this day and age.

Jimmy was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my furnace and Jimmy was able to come over the same day. Jimmy looked at my unit and determined that I accidentally had 1 of my 2 safeties switched off. Other contractors came by the same day and did not even take the time to look at the unit and simply wanted to give me a quote to replace the unit. When the time comes to replace the unit, I will 100% be using Jimmy to do this work, as I know he is honest and looking to do what is best for me.
I have had Jimmy out to my Hoboken condo on two occasions. I am very happy to have found such a professional AC company. Jimmy is not only professional but personal, thorough, responsive and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is honest and up front without any high pressure sales. Jimmy was extremely professional and was able to diagnose my AC problem. He was able to source the service valve needed to do the repair and his crew promptly completed the job the following day keeping us cool for the summer! Highly recommended!
I could not recommend Jimmy and his team more! They were professional, responsive, and installed a completely new HVAC system on one of the hottest days of the summer. This was my first time replacing an HVAC system and I had a lot of questions. He was patient and answered every single one of them. Great company and great work!
I called Jimmy early in the morning and right away he called me back and he saved my life by fixing the ac!! Ac broke yesterday when it was 110! Outside!! At home even worst. He was very nice. I will definitely tell people about him if they need repairs etc...thank you!!

Jimmy was great. Extremely efficient and responsive. I was prepared for a few day wait for someone to show up since it was the hottest day of the year (at the time). Jimmy showed up in less than 3 hours from our first conversation. We had air conditioning back in less than an hour after his arrival. Highly recommend.
I am so appreciative of Jimmy that I decided to write this review shortly after he left. We were without A/C and with the expected 90 degree temperatures this weekend we were dreading being without it. Jimmy first stopped by two days ago, the day after I first reached out, when other HVAC companies were telling me they couldn't get here till until after Memorial Day! When he arrived, he told me what he thought the issue was, gave me options for how to fix it, reviewed the costs, and explained it would be at least a few days until the parts were available given the option we chose. The parts arrived today and like other HVAC people in May his schedule was jammed. However, he called me mid-afternoon and said he could swing by later in the afternoon. Sure enough, Jimmy swung by well after a typical work day at the end of a long week, fixed the issue, our A/C is up and running, and what really stood out to me was when he told me he couldn't possibly have let us go through the hot weekend without cold air. Just showed me his compassion and that he is a good person. Thanks Jimmy and for anyone looking for someone to repair their A/C I highly recommend!
Jimmy is an outstanding professional, very responsive and knowledgeable! I've been using his services for many years and I highly recommend him as he was always able to immediately troubleshoot the issue, find the best solution, order parts etc. Definitely the best service in the Hoboken area!
Had a problem with our AC unit on the first warm day of the season. Called Jimmy and he was able to come out the following morning. He quickly found the problem, explained the situation and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Plus he gave me a few pointers on things to keep an eye on for the future. Quick, thorough and reasonably priced. You can't ask for much more.

Jimmy is super professional, very responsive, has great knowledge about heating and AC systems and propose doable and honest approaches to tackle or fix the problems. He is trustful, have assessed and repaired my system during the course of 8 years. I become a loyal client because his work is always done correctly and recommendations are appropriated and trustworthy.
What an average person look for from any serviceman is professionalism, technical acumen and sincerity - Jimmy was that person who I got to know recently when my furnace stopped working. He suggested replacing the inducer motor and we did, however it stopped working again with no apparent reasons he could find and known...and to make a long story short, he followed through every time and came back without demanding anything else. What I appreciated the most is he was also punctual, kept his words and stood by his work - that is professionalism and what I am looking for...last but least whatever Jimmy did, it is working now...even if it stop working again I know he will come back and will do his best to check on the problems whatever that might be, thx Jimmy!
My heat went out during the worst snowstorm of the year, and Jimmy had it fixed within an hour. Such amazing service and care!!!!
Tenant called at 8 am that the heat stopped working. Called Jimmy, he made an appointment at 11 showed up and repaired the unit. Great service, really easy to talk to you.
