This company installed a leak defense system in my home. They were extremely professional, thorough and NICE!!! Every person I dealt with at this company was so kind, accommodating, and respectful. Special shout out to Harris. He was patient and knowledgeable and extremely responsive both before and after the work was done in my house. He genuinely cared about the work he was doing and about my experience with it. Thank you for making this process so smooth and seamless!

Professionals all around! I had to replace my water heater, and when I called for a quote, they were quick to respond, and send someone out to my place to get a better idea. They were responsive all around and helped with getting a permit as well. The job was finished in a day and it is all working perfectly. I recommend!

Evan and his team (Cody, Tyler and Arnold) get 12 stars on a scale of 10, exceeding all metrics and expectations on their recent conversion project switching us from legacy oil-based heating to an efficient natgas-based system. Bye bye $400+ per month legacy heating oil bills during an otherwise mild winter (so far) and risk exposure to world oil prices, which can fluctuate to extremes. As a result, we endorse Lee R. Kobb, Inc., and the quality of their work, without hesitation. Their original project quote/pricing was met despite intervening inflation during our long wait for the utility company to run a line to our residence, the team surmounted the typical challenges that can arise during an installation, they were always on time and cleaned up nicely on completion. Evan patiently answered all our trainspotting questions, his team removed our legacy boiler and the company stands behind its work with a makes-sense guarantee for a decent timespan. We also note that Lee R. Kobb's pricing was highly competitive, especially after witnessing the pathway a heating conversion project can take. One of our criteria in selecting Lee R. Kobb, Inc., is that the company is a "Participating Contractor" of PSE&G, which we believe helps move the ball forward in different ways on projects that require any involvement of the utility company. Lee R. Kobb, Inc., is probably known to city/borough inspectors in different jurisdictions of NJ, so that again helps put tailwinds behind projects facing expected permit and inspection hoops. When my Tankless water heater had to be replaced, I had Lee Kobb Inc come in a give a quote. They reviewed the work and gave me a very decent quote and also identified few items with existing water heater installation which were not as per current building codes and included it in the new installation work. EVAN KOBB and his crew of two team members were diligent, thorough and showed professionalism. They went extra mile to make sure they get a unit from a dealer the same day to get it installed. Made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction and left the place clean. Will definitely highly recommend them for any Water heater and plumbing job, big or small. It was a pleasant experience.

These guys were great. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked really hard all day. Considering it was a holiday weekend and Evan came back on his own to finish the job. Thank god because we had no heat or hot water. So thank you to Evan and the crew at Lee R. Kobb! Very satisfied!
These guys are real professional. They changed our roof top AC and also helped us during broken pipe emergency. They are on time and get the job done very professionally.

Spoke with Evan to have a vent moved out of an existing space into a wall and he and his crew did a bang-up job. Would use again for future work. Evan and his group installed a tankless water heater and left no doubts that it was a great job done.
