Installed a system in our new addition seven years ago. The system caused problems from the beginning and they have never been able to fix it. On an annual basis, the system puts out so much condensation that it comes through the ceiling, requiring interior work annually. Many other HVAC contractors have offered the same solution - rip it out and start from scratch. The job was simply wrong. I cannot recommend Katham to anyone.
We are in a new build and there are always issues. Katham has come promptly each and every time. They take the time over the phone AND in person to answer all questions and explain things in easy to understand wording. If something needs to get done, the do it quickly & efficiently.

Have been a very satisfied customer of Katham Industries for close to 30 years. They installed our A/C and heating system during a home renovation, maintained the system, and just installed a new unit for us. Gave us options, fixed a ventilation problem, timely installation, and removed old unit. All done professionally and with courtesy. You are making a wise decision when using Katham Industries to maintain your unit. Plus they clean vents including dryer vents!
The Technician (Lane) was very professional and knowledge, and managed to provide different options as to how our problem could be solved. Super quick turnaround and timeliness were also a trademark. I would certainly go back to do business with Katham.
Katham installed a new A/C system for our main floor residence. A good quote and excellent installation. Showed up on time and did the job as quoted. System working perfectly. Would highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.
Katham provided excellent quality service for us as our AC broke down suddenly and we needed a partial repair and replacement of our system. George made sure to oversee the entire job. All members of his staff, from those in the office, repair team and installers--William and Miguel were on time, careful, polite and did a wonderful job restoring our system to normal. Thanks!!!
We hired Katham Industries, Inc. to replace our 25 years plus Carrier Central Air Conditioning system (condenser/fan and coil unit). Before we hired them, we got quotes from several HVAC contractors. Katham's prices were competitive and reasonable, and they exercised esteemed professionalism from the start and had a simply no-pressure approach. George, the company owner, came to our home, assessed our situation, and explained our options. He did not once give us the typical sales pitch and pressures that we had heard previously from other contractors. We greatly appreciated his approach. He also gave us sage advice on expanding our current system to include an unserved space in our home. After we decided to go with Katham, we had a few follow-up questions about the Quietwave and Air purification, those questions were promptly answered, and to our pleasant surprise, George was able to fit us in his schedule right away (versus a 3-4 week wait as offered by the other contractors). On the date of replacement/installation, PJ, Daniel, Miguel, and James arrived at our home on time (8:30 am) and knew what to do. They, like George before was very respectful to our home regarding taking COVID precautions. We are glad that the professionalism at the top filtered down to the first class and friendly installers. I worked from home the day the installation was done, and I was not disturbed once. They had a team working inside on the coil in the attic and another team working on the condenser fan on the outside. They were finished by the time the temperature hit 93 degrees. They cleaned up, left no mess, showed us how to change the filter, and also programmed our thermostat. In the end, we were grateful for their service and hard work and will be sure to recommend them to friends needing a new system. Thank you, George, PJ, Daniel, Miguel, and James. Thanks. Excellent experience working with George and team for an install this year. Tricky install - retrofit into a tight space. Required creativity on the part of the team. George was accessible, prompt, professional, creative et al - great customer service. All around, really glad we chose to go with Katham, and would readily recommend with 5 star rating.
Recently installed new HVAC in my 1930's house. Katham was great to work with from beginning to end. Very responsive to my concerns, worked neatly, courteous owner and staff. My house feels so comfortable now .... wish I could have done this sooner!
On a recent afternoon, PSE&G determined that my boiler was not working properly. I called Katham who confirmed the issue within an hour or so and set me up with a new boiler the next day. I was very pleased with the fast turnaround and the new boiler appears to be working well.

Katham replaced my AC within 72 hours of my request; the entire system needed replacement. They came out to evaluate it the day I called to inform them of the problem; they didn't give me a 4 hour window like most companies. they gave an exact time and were very prompt. They were honest and fair with the pricing. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend them!
