Extremely helpful staff, I think his name was Mark. Helped me find a similar part to my broken motor. It would take months to get it at Grainger, so he printed out a couple options where I could buy it elsewhere. Overall great service.

I bought a few insulated containers to ship food, and they worked well. I paid $3 for each one, it was a very cheap price. The store is a bit small, but I searched on their website first, before I came here.
I dealt with them for 4 mth started off with a net 30 acct . 4 months later I open up another company and then try to open up another acct for my new company I got rejected which is no problem company is new gotta build it up understandable . What’s now understandable is why they cut my other company credit off without any notice or nothing . Now I’m walking in the store about to place my order and found out they I have no credit acct so what they say is now I’m prepaid the system just spits it out that’s it . Time to find another company !!!!!!!!!!! Bye grainger !!!!

Worst customer service ever, place order 5 days ago, 1st they told me to pick up friday that the item was arrived, then i went there twice, and they said was in transit for next day, every time i called they put me in hold for 15 min, and keep saying before the end of the day should arrive, and i depend on this compressor to run our business, don't recommend at all...
