I called Ralphie at 7:30 AM this morning. He did not hesitate to take my information and gave me a timeframe right away. He arrived right on time, and he and his son immediately checked out what was going on. He told me what was needed to repair the heater. He gave me a reasonable price and then immediately started working. He explained how the heater worked so I could check to make sure all the meters and buttons were working if this problem ever happened again. He and his son were done in about 30 minutes and I had heat. His price was reasonable and payment was just as easy with the invoice via email. I would recommend his service to anyone. I will definitely be saving his number for all my heating needs. Thank you so much for the great service!

Our AC unit stopped working yesterday and we definitely felt the heat in our home. Luckily, when we called they had a cancellation and were able to come over for an estimate the same day. Turns out we needed a new capacitor for our unit and they were able to replace it immediately - they were here for under an hour. I highly recommend Elizabeth Heating & Air Conditioning. Recently contacted Ralphy for AC repair and I must say he was beyond exceptional! Truly professional and kind. He took his time to explain in detail the issues with my AC system and also educated me in future care. He was so patient and attentive with all my questions and so knowledgeable. We called Elizabeth Heating when our heater wasn't pumping heat according to the thermostat. They told us they'll arrive around noon but arrive an hour earlier. They quickly identified the problem as a heater maintenance issue and resolved it. They are very fairly priced and did not charge after completion like other companies. They told us to ensure the heater was working properly and they'll invoice us. Never have I seen any business with that kind of guarantee for their work and customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them for future work and recommend to others.

I had issues with my furnace I called them, they came within an hour I was very happy with their service, price and recommendations. My AC gave out and my guy who I usually go to wasn't available so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Ralphy was punctual, friendly and professional. While the price was a pretty penny it was fair even my regular guy said it was good. He was extremely informative and made sure any questions I had were addressed. He made sure I didn't pay a cent until I was happy with the result. I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future.. very very far future hopefully lol.
Ralphy and his partner offered exceptional service, and I couldn’t be happier that my money went to them for their hard work and professionalism. After calling a few companies recommended via a community Facebook group, I wasn’t very impressed with the exaggerated rates to even show up, and the next to nothing customer service so I decided to do my own research via Google, and called Ralphy based on his reviews. Immaculate service, work ethic and pricing is what Ralphy extends to his clients. They came the same day (within two hours of call), inspected my unit for almost an hour and provided me a quote, which was super reasonable. I am super pleased and they have a client in me for life.
We hired Ralphy based on Google reviews and after having called several other providers who respectively didn't show, gave false information and were otherwise unsatisfactory. Our system failed during a heat wave and Ralphy came the next day at 3:30 and worked until 9:30 p.m. to completely replace our system. He was clean and tidy in the workspace, came when he said, was honest and explained everything. He completed the work and was out of the house by 10 p.m. and apologized for being there so late. He returned the next morning to ensure everything was working well and it is. I highly recommend him.
