So, we have been customers of UMG Service for several years for our maintenance. They had managed to keep our old system operational for as long as they could. However, the time had come to replace it. Of course, we contacted them for estimates and settled on them to provide the new system and installation. The 2 techs were on time and very efficient. Highly recommended!
Terrible experience with this company. I made an appointment with them and they never showed up, returned my calls or got back to me. Will never reach out to them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

This company has some of the worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. To start, the man who answers the phones, Jimmy, wasn't able to give me many details as to the services they offer, because he wasn't in front of a computer. Then, he is able to set me up with an appointment that day between 4-6. He says he'll call me at around 3:30 to give me a better estimate as to the time frame. No call. I call him at 5:30, he says there was an emergency call, would I like if they come over afterwards? I say yes please, my house is an oven. No call back, no visit, nothing. Then the following morning, I call, and Jimmy answers. He seems shocked no one was able to come to my place yesterday, he tells me he's going to call his techs and get to the bottom of it and call me right back. No call back. That was over 6 hours ago now. I've called back nearly ten times, at this point, just to complain and possibly avoid having to write a negative review, however, each time, no answer, and the machine is full. So now, I double check the website and call another number they list right at the top... However, it goes to a different company! UMG advertises the number to a separate company, prestige air, on the banner of their own website! Listen, maybe this place does great work, if you can get them to come to your house. As for their professionalism and their customer service, it's about as bad as it can be. Please, be weary. I'd look elsewhere!

Fixed our heat in under an hour.
Called for HVAC service since our heat wasn't working, they arrived on time and fixed the furnace without any issues. Price was fair and job was left clean. GREAT WORK HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
When my A/C starting leaking at 2 am last night I was very relieved UMGservice was able to send a tech out to stop the leak. It turned out the condensate drain was clogged and the drip tray had a loose fitting that was allowing water to leak. Jimmy, the tech who came out, explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done. He was able to unclog the drain then and there and the price was very reasonable for a 2 am service call. I felt that he was very honest and trustworthy and highly recommend them for Heating and Air conditioning needs!
Jimmy came out to our house and explained everything that a tune up includes for our heating system. They did a great job and I’m completely satisfied with the reasonable price they offered us. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services with my eyes blindfolded.
They came out for a heating repair problem I was having and fixed it right away. They were very friendly, professional and experienced. I am definitely keeping them as our go to company!

UMG renovated my kitchen. They were thorough, reliable, and always checked back before and after any part of the renovation to make sure it was just as I specified and up to my standards. Highly recommend!
