We called Expert home services LLC for a 2nd fl bathtub leaking water on the first floor ceiling. Max arrived on schedule and was able to locate the broken pipe and make the repairs quickly. Max was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
What a great honest company I will always use this company if I need hvac, the other company tried to rob me & lie about needing a new motor and things I didn’t even need. Very professional and straight to the problem. I’m soo happy I found this company my house was freezing

This plumber by far the most professional I've encountered. He offered comprehensive pricing and arrived to work in a timely manner. While working at my residence he worked on: clogged sinks, heating unit and washer and performed these tasks in the utmost professional and efficient ways possible.

Max save me alot of money and alot of worry. I own a 4 family house. Every year we have our electric company come and inspect our boiler before th winter cold starts. We have a worry free program with them. So this year my boiler had some issues starting. The electric company came and put a violation on my boiler and said that it is cracked an needs to be replaced. They charged me a little over $7000.00. I could not believe it. So I called several boiler repair companies and they all told me the boiler needs to be replaced and gave me crazy high quotes. Finally I called Max. Max came by and looked at my boiler and did some trouble shooting and found that I need to replace the ignition, the boiler computer and one more thing that all came out to $240.00 and Max's fee. In less than 2days the parts arrived and Max replaced all the part and the boiler started with no problem. Max also check to see if the boiler was cracked and it was not cracked at all. The boiler now runs better than before. My electric company came and said that the boiler was fine and was not crack. They also called their manger and told them that the boiler is fine and not cracked. Crazy how they were quick to charge me to replace my boiler. Thank You Max
Max replaced our water heater on short notice and did a good job on a difficult installation. He even took our old water heater with him. Highly recommended.
