This company rocks! Air went out on the hottest day (of course)and they were able to come out and fix the problem! Highly recommend, professional service at a fair price.
We were referred to Richie by a friend and he was prompt to provide an estimate and was quick to adjust to what services we needed. The job was done quickly (just 2 days) and the place was left clean which was much appreciated. After multiple failed consultations regarding our HVAC, Richie and team were the first to be able to identify the issue and fixed the issue - would definitely recommend.
Totally unprofessional. Rich came out to evaluate a problem I had with my thermostat. He seemed super competent and was a really nice guy. He told me the solution and then he gave me a quote. After that he disappeared and despite repeated texts and calls he would never commit to coming to do the work. And today when I texted him finally, told him I had a deadline due to a family member coming to stay in the home, and asked him whether he could finally commit to coming to do the work, he told me that he thought I should get another contractor. I know this was a small job, but leaving a customer hanging for almost two months and literally refusing to come out to do the work is the worst sort of customer service. It's not my habit to write bad reviews of local businesses, as I know everyone is struggling right now, but this was just incredibly disrespectful, dismissive and frustrating.
I have used Ultra Air for several years. Their work is excellent. They are reasonably priced and extremely responsive.
Richie and his service staff are the best. Always quick to answer and are efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone who needs these services.
I have been using Ultra Air for the past 20 years and never once have I been disappointed and or not satisfied. Rich, owner, and his team take great pride in their work and do everything possible to accommodate not only regular maintenance checks but also emergency visits as well. Reliable and trustworthy!
I've been using Ultra Air for the past few years for maintenance on our HVAC system specifically our central AC. Unlike many other companies I've dealt with Rich and his team are not only reliable but are willing to try to fix something rather than just tell you it needs to be replaced. Our unit is 20-years old now and working fine thanks to them, so if you are in need of a reliable and honest service, don't hesitate in contacting Ultra Air.

I recently had Ultra Air do a complete replacement of the AC system in my home, a 5 ton air handler and condenser, all new ductwork and vents. I have zero complaints from the estimate to installation. Pros: -Rich the owner is very diligent and excellent at communication. He is also in contact telling you the next steps and when the crew is arriving. It is also convenient that you can text him with any questions. - The crew ALWAYS arrives on time. When the crew says they will be at your house @9am they are there and working by 9:05am. Thanks Derek, Christian and the rest of the guys! - They go out of their way to keep your house clean during installation, even laying tarps on the floor where they walk. - Their craftsmanship is second to none. My install is clean and neat. They saved me room in my attic by doing the ducts the right way. I will update this review when the weather is warmer and my AC is turned on. I am confident that my home will be much more comfortable this summer than last thanks to Ultra Air. Will be recommending them to family and friends.
15 years ago , Ultra Air successfully transformed my 140-year-old house from an inefficiently heated, oil furnace to a “state of the art “Forced air high-efficiency, gas, three zone heating and air conditioning system. That was just the beginning... Since then ,the company has tirelessly kept my house cozy Warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer. Always providing my family with prompt service , always courteous and always reasonably priced. If you need help with your houses’ heating or cooling systems .... call Richie or Donna , the co-owners , tell them david lee balaban sent you .... you’ll be glad you did👍
Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They would come to your house waste hours of your day and won’t even get back to you with an estimate. When you follow up they would lie straight up.
I switched to Ultra Air a few years back based on a recommendation from my brother. It was the best thing I could have done. Rich's team is professional. There are no issues. The best is their timeliness. They are truly professionals.
My family has been using Ultra Air since the beginning, and have always counted on them to take care of our heating needs. After seeing the work that was done for us, both sets of grandparents utilized them as well and have been very satisfied. Rich, the owner, is very involved and diligent, and is always involved to make sure that the job is being correctly handled. My family highly recommends their services.
