He is very kind
I called for emergency service about my hot water not working. They came within the hour. They prompt clean and efficient. Job was done within a great timeframe of call. I highly recommend EZ-Flow and will definitely call for future work needed.
I replaced the water boiler on July 24 2021, which was manufactured in 2017 from "ez flow". However it has stopped igniting since Mar 5 2023. I kept trying to call "ez flow", but just getting the voice message. The plumber from another company said it had the old system already, so it costs a lot to replace a part to fix it. The new boiler with the old system has lasted only one and half years with $1800, but no responsibility and unprofessional.
Amad came to my house in Wayne because the heat furnace was not turning on. He was able to turn it on. I called 2 plumbers and both said that boiler that is from 2018 needed to be replaced. He is an honest man and he knows what he is doing. Thank you
I was so happy with this service. I called on Xmas eve and they showed up quickly and they were able to get my heat back on. I would highly recommend this company

Where do I even begin? We all know that googling for an experienced and reliable plumber who doesn’t overcharge can be a lot of work. I’ve gone through quite a few companies over the years and none has given me the confidence to give them a second call. I recently noticed a leak in the laundry room ceiling coming from the bathroom shower above it. Naturally, due to previous experiences, I was stressed out. Scrolling through the web, I happen to read reviews on EZ Flow Plumbing & Heating and decided to give them a try… I’m so glad I did!! Met Imad, who was very pleasant & knowledgeable in what he does. He explained the problem, the plan and the the amount for the job. He seems like a trustworthy guy. He will definitely be my plumber for any future jobs - which I have already consulted him about. If you want to free yourself from stress and guessing, call Imad!!
Ali came within 30 minutes of being called. He was quick to find the problem and fixed it immediately. I recommend this company highly.
Called for a clogged drain. Some guy said he was gonna send someone in hour.. never heard from them again.
I called EZ Flow on a Sunday morning to repair the HVAC in my apartment after the landlord claims to be unable to find anyone. They were at the property early afternoon and the technician A Saleh identified the problem quickly. He was very professional and neat. Thank you.
I called EZ Flow to address a bathroom leak that is damaging the kitchen ceiling directly below it. Upon arriving the plumber immediately concluded the cause was a old caulking (from the previous owner). He advised that recaulking the tub would resolve the issue and we could do it on our own. There had been no discussion of a service charge either over the phone or in person, but we were then charged $95 plus tax because we made the appointment “from Google”. I was then handed a business card and was told that if I had called that number the service charge would be waived. The number was the same one I got “from Google”. So if you’ve read this far, don’t call the number on this Google page. Instead call the number on this Google page? I guess. In regards to the service we were charged for, the plumber didn’t seem interested in investigating beyond running the water and listening for a drops hitting drywall, or in listening to us explain our experience with the worsening leak. There wasn’t even a discussion of what could be done to investigate further. After recaulking the tub as suggested we still have a leak causing damage to our ceiling. In short they just didn’t seem interested in doing this job, but did collect a dubious service charge. (We are seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB in regards to this charge.)

EZ Flow was so helpful and repaired my leaking shower today. They were super knowledgeable and open to sharing information with me as I was curious about the repair. Thank you EZ flow I'm excited to no longer hear the dripping shower through the night! Definitely my go-to plumbing company for any future issues!

Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue - he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!
