They replaced our entire HVAC system and it’s been a disaster!! It failed inspection the fuses keep blowing out in the furnace and we have no heat. They don’t call you back I had to spend another $2000 dollars with a different company to get this repaired. When it’s below 30 degrees outside the heat can’t keep up and the warmest I can get my house is 68 degrees. Stay away from this company - I would never recommend them. We will be filing a lawsuit with the court to get our money back so we can replace this system.

Been working with this team for over a year. They are easily reachable, responsive, and their work is top notch. I have several properties and would not trust anyone else but this company to take care of my HVAC needs.
Unlike the guys that we have paid for years to maintain our systems, Atlantic and their team were able to respond quickly to a boiler that died. This is for a church, and we really wanted to be able to host services for Christmas Eve. Team Atlantic literally worked around the clock to make sure we had heat in our sanctuary. These guys will give you very good service and attention. I recommend them without reservation
Atlantic Mechanical came to the rescue the day before Christmas when our heat was not working. They came out and fixed the issue same day. Thank you Atlantic for making us a priority during this festive period.
Very pleased with Atlantic Mechanical Contractors. They assessed our steam boiler and hot water heater after we had an emergency carbon monoxide alarm went off in our home (our house is an old colonial built late 1800’s/early 1900’s) - we had a huge leak and needed an emergency repair. The dispatcher (Zack) understood the urgency and two contractors arrived within 2 hours to confirm the nature of repairs/replacement. Both units required replacement, with the boiler replacement requiring a complete build of the unit (due to small tight spaces of the older home) along with all new copper pipes and shut off valves, which were all in disrepair. The hot water heater was a same day install, the boiler replacement was a very big job (2 full work days) since a complete unit would not fit through our doorways/stairwell - they were able to order a new boiler, build and install it with all the new plumbing and exhaust to our chimney. Fair estimate and transparent communication about additional labor costs throughout the job (it was a complex job); Omar, Moses and Adam were all very professional and completed the installations ahead of the colder weather arriving. They even made a quick return call on a Sunday to re-ignite our water heater’s pilot light! Great service and amazing quality of their work! Strongly recommend!
Hi had AMC repair my central air condition unit. They replaced a relay. Which turned out to be a $40 part. They gave me no indication of what the cost would be before they did the work. They then finished in 45 minutes and charged me $585 for the job. They clearly took advantage of me. When I called the office to speak to the owner they indicated that the owner would call me the next day.I received no call from the owner and when I called back to confirm they told me the owner was on vacation. They basically told me they should have given me an estimate before hand but it was my problem and there was nothing they can do for me. They are scam artists and take advantage of people by purposely not giving them an estimate before doing the work. Do not use this company. There are plenty of honest contractors out there
Price gouging!! Charged $600 to change a relay.
I was very happy with the service from Atlantic. I needed an AC repair and they were very thorough and communicative of the issue of how they were going to resolve it. I will certainly be using them going forward.
My AC system which was quite old stopped working and I was told that I needed to replace it. I decided that it would be best to also replace the heating system. Price: I requested several quotes from different contractors. Atlantic Mechanical provided the best price with prompt installation. Zack was very responsive. He arranged for the work to be start immediately. Service: All the guys who came to my house were very respectful. They worked hard taking out the old system and getting the new one installed. Adam was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I am thankful that I picked this company. I highly recommend them, should you need to do your HVAC system. Price is excellent and the service was even better.
Paul was an excellent example of what customer service and quality work looks like. He knew what had to be done. Was quick safe and very clean through the entire project. After installing a new AC - I asked him to manage a few plumbing issues as well. Paul had no issues and was very prompt and professional. They were careful of my home and hardwood floors which going in and out of the home. Highly recommend Atlantic as a company for any home HVAC or plumbing services.

Paul was such an experienced plumber and had my hot water heater re-piped and replaced for a great price.
Called with an emergency. They came right away. Diagnosed and fixed the problem under an hour. Thought I would be charged an extra fee for the issue being an emergency. To my surprise I WAS NOT!!!!!!!
We had our HVAC system replaced by these guys. Their attitude on the call is the major reason I awarded them the contract. Where other companies were making a few comments and trying to hang up as quickly as they can, these guys were very patient with me and explained everything in detail. Their installation team was also polite and knowledgeable. It was a good experience for me in particular because I can’t stop asking questions and they patiently answered each one of them.
Our central heating got faulty, and it was difficult to find an appointment with an HVAC expert due to a busy season. All the quotes we received were outrageous and unfair. Only this company gave us the price we hoped to get. They sent their best guy for the job. He had mud on his shoes when he arrived, so he wore clean covers on his shoes. Very neat and professional. He got our heating up and running. Impressive and honest contractors. Highly recommended.
Look no further! Adam and his team are the best in town. My AC system needed to be completely replaced and Adam was the most responsive, understandable, professional, reasonable and honest person I spoke to over the 3 days I was trying to decide who to use. He is friendly and his team is very dedicated to getting you what you need. Using Atlantic was the best decision and you should use them too. If you’re in Bergen County there’s no one better.
It was pretty hot and humid in my apartment due to ac malfunction and the outside unit on the roof needed repair. My landlord kept stalling me. Finally, I got him to call this company. Guys from Atlantic were at my door within an hour and they brought a ladder because there was no roof access. These guys are real pros because they were able to find the problem within half an hour and fixed it in under an hour. Saved me from spending another night in that sticky-humid apartment. Thanks. Brilliant work.
Our water heater stopped working out of nowhere. My husband tried to fix it to his best understanding but failed. He then called his dad and he came to our home with his toolkit. He was able to fix it, but after a couple of hours, it stopped working again. That was the final straw. I called this company immediately and they were at our door the next day. After a detailed diagnosis, they fixed the water heater. Awesome job.
