Air Conditioner not working. Condenser fan was stopped. Called All Service. Problem diagnosed as being the Capacitor attached to the condenser fan motor. They wanted 575 dollars to fix it. I said the price is outrageous and I won't pay it. Then price became 275 dollars. I suggest you say the same, no matter the job, or the price. (275 dollars also too high). They replaced the capacitor. After four or five hours of cooling the air conditioner wasn't working. The condenser fan was stopped. Looking at the wiring, and the wiring diagram, every single wire they put on the new capacitor was placed on the wrong terminal. This was causing the condenser fan motor to overheat to 235°. Hope that doesn't affect the durability of the motor.

This company advertises as a 24/7 service and it truly is one. On a late Saturday night, just before last Thanksgiving, All Service Electric, Heating and Air Conditioning came to my home because I had an electrical emergency. My very loud home alarm system was going off and I could not stop it. I was so afraid the neighbors would complain and the noise was driving me crazy. In a short time, All Service came and fixed the problem. Since then they have been back and fixed 2 more problems in this old house. The fees are very reasonable for this area for sure. I am so pleased with the service😊
The team did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger and a fan at my home. The job was done quickly and correctly. They installed a 60 amp breaker in my outlet box for the Tesla charger and ran a long wire towards the back of the house. Luis got the permit from the city and the inspector came and passed the inspection first time. The company/people are really friendly and easy to work with. They are fully licensed as well.

At a very late hour, a personable and professional electrician, came to my home to disarm my house alarm ( when the alarm company would not respond adequately and send some to my home. A1 Service responded quickly to my call when no other company would. The electrician knew exactly what to do and where to go, within my large home, to stop the very loud alarm. I am very appreciative.
I spoke to Luis and had him send out a technician to review some HVAC and electrical issues that needed to be addressed. His technician quoted $675 for what another electrician told me would be 1-2 hours of work. When I told him that was too much and that I wasn't interested, he asked how much I was willing to pay and then stomped out after yelling and cursing at my elderly mother. He also quoted $975 (!!!) to fix an HVAC issue that he claimed required 2 replacement parts for my mother's furnace. I had another HVAC company come out the following day and it turns out to have been a 1 minute fix because the pilot light had to be reignited following a gas leak. This company tried to swindle my mother out of nearly $1000 for a pilot light and they would have pretended to replace parts instead of actually performing any repairs.
