I called Queen Sweep in a pinch and needed a water heater looked at asap. They returned my call promptly and was able to get me on the schedule in 2 days! Professional and stress free experience. Highly recommend!!!
Queen sweep do an amazing job. Not only with fireplaces but also heating and cooling systems. They go the extra mile for their customers!! Whenever I need their assistance for repairs and installs they are there. On time and they get the job done

I was looking to have air conditioning installed in my new home (built in 1857)!!! I was shocked when they came out the following week (quicker then I thought). I sent them a text and they immediately called me back to discuss what I neede bc "It is easier to discuss via phone so nothing is lost in translation). Mind you it was 9 at night and still they contacted me. The time they took to go through my 4000 sq ft home was impressive to say the least. We discussed my options and costs involved with each. When I forgot to ask a question, I texted them (ON THE WEEKEND) and they immediately responded and answered my question. My friend recommended them and I am so glad she did!
I needed to have my two fireplaces repaired and needed to find out the extent of the issues I was facing and get an estimate. Queen Sweep was VERY knowledgable and supplied me with an explanation of the work to be done, options and estimates for all three! I will be hiring them as they were courteous, reliable and knew their business inside and out! I recommend them without hesitation!
My husband and I recently did a home inspection of a home we are looking to purchase and the inspector recommended Queen Sweep to do a fireplace inspection. It was the LAST day to get it done and I was shocked when they changed their schedule to fit us in and make our deadline! Not only that, I received a personal phone call (after hours) to discuss what exactly I needed. The inspection was through and the report completed asap so we could submit it to the seller. I even received a followup call to discuss the report to make sure it was what I needed! I cannot recommend them enough! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
