I have never had a service performed at my home so efficiently and professionally as was the case with Olin Fosberg Heating & Air. I had my air conditioner unit serviced twice by another company and my problem only was solved temporarily at a cost of nearly $1,000. Olin called me back after 1 call and looked at my unit on a Friday and determined the problem and was back on Monday with the replacement part. The unit is running like new and he even registered the part for me to acquire my 5 year warranty. Being in the service business myself, I understand customer care. That's exactly what I received from Olin's company and more. I would highly recommend his company.

Olin is the best!! It was my birthday, I was having a group of friends over for dinner and my AC went out! He answered the phone, promised he would get to me before 4pm, he did and even wished me a Happy Birthday! I highly recommend him, he does great work and he is very honest.

Ok, So because I have been in HVAC field my whole life I’m usually a little more critical of these contractors. So when I decided to go with Olin Forsberg co. I was very happy and totally impressed by the workmanship and professionalism with which he performed the install of new heat and AC on my condo. Explained everything to a tee and said he would come back when weather is warmer to make sure everything is up to snuff. I would recommend him to anyone with AC or Heat problems or for new unit install!!
Top notch service at reasonable rates. Olin came out same to to fix our AC. It now works better than it did when it was new!
The most professional (and the nicest) HVAC guy ever! So glad we found him! Used AJ Perry for years , and we got pretty disgusted with them but then our furnace died and one thing led to another and next thing I knew we had a new furnace and a new HVAC guy and couldn’t be happier.... we’ve even called him when we needed filters changed (our furnace is in the most ridiculous place -crawlspace) So glad we found him!! ***UPDATED** 7/22/19 On Sunday 7/21/19 , during the hottest week of the summer there was a power surge in the middle of the day that caused the a/c to pretty much to die and by the following morning it was an astounding 88* degrees! Even though I called and requested service I pretty much had written it off and figured we wouldn’t be seeing Olin until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday! But then , just as a wild storm was blowing in and we lost power , he arrived and waited till it past and the power restored !! And in less than an hour it was repaired and our house was on its way back to our normal “meat freezer “ temp!!!
Unbelievably professional. Will recommend to anyone that needs AC work. He was referred to me. He came out and got the job done within a day. Highly recommended.
We scheduled a non-urgent visit with Mr. Forsberg on the morning of New Year's Eve. He called ahead to alert us that he was coming, and he showed up on time. Olin was a total professional and saved us from a messy fix of an old heating system we have in our home in Spring Lake. His valve replacement worked like a charm. Incidentally, he was also honest and forthcoming about some other issues we asked if he could handle that were outside of his scope of expertise; instead of bilking us for a half-done job, Olin recommended an expert plumber who could do the job for us correctly. We will be using Olin's services again in the future. Thanks, Mr. Forsberg!
We are so happy we found Olin. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and on time for appointments. He takes pride in doing the job right and at a fair price. We highly recommend this hard worker and nice person, too!!!
