Went through Angi's list and Garon T was first to respond (we needed repairs following a home inspection). Bob came out the next week and was professional, attentive and thorough. Would easily call them (and Bob) out again for any problems.

Called made an appointment, work couldn't be completed. Supposed to come back next day, they call saying they don't have the part and can we reschedule to next week. Husband calls and gets answering service, appointment set for Tuesday. No one shows up or calls on Tuesday. Husband gets text and sets up appointment for today, no show, no call. Not a great way to run a business.

Called to diagnose a malfunction with my tankless water heater. Mike the tech, came and was very nice but charged us $100 to come and tell us he didn’t know what was wrong? He suggested a couple of things and I called Rheem for replacement parts. He said they could install and replace the parts of the water heater. I called and left a message that the parts were here and if they would give us an estimate. After no response my husband called and left a message and agin no phone call back. He then emailed them for the 3 rd try. Still no response. I guess they didn’t want to bother replacing parts, they only wanted to sell us a new tankless water system for 10k. I’m going to find another plumber!
Andy was absolutely fantastic. He came early, which was great for us & kept us informed throughout the entire process to getting the plumbing part of the generator installation completed. Would definitely recommend!
After I took the day off of work to be home they cancelled on me the night before even though I was scheduled more than a week out. Other people's emergencies are more critical then my leaking ceiling. Would look elsewhere.
Always satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend. Blase did a great job adding extension for our natural gas grill.
We had two toilets break at once. When we went to replace, we noticed a leak. We called 6 plumbers and all quoted a two week turnaround. Garon was here within 4 hours, and even apologized they took so long. Replaced both toilets and he even called in another guy to help get it done quicker. Awesome service, and such a nice guy too.
It's Saturday and you notice water coming into your basement! OMG! Call Garon T Plumbing! Really! Yes, emergency visits have a cost - but you need it! It was nothing compared to the anguish you have when water has engulfed your basement! TJ communicated - I'll be there in an hour. I'm leaving now. Was there! Figured it out quickly when I couldn't! Turned off the water. It was a complex job because multiple things had broken. Because something broke, it overtaxed another thing that broke, etc. T.J. was great! Professional and explained everything as he went along. Had to go get parts and spent 5 hours+ in my basement (until 8pm) crawling around in water to get it done! What great, professional service, cleans up after themselves. I've never had such great service, thank you! I will definitely keep this number around for any issues, thank you for quickly getting it fixed so I can have some piece of mind!

Had a clogged sink for the longest time, when I called they came the very next day. Finished the job so quickly, explained the root of the problem, how they resolved it, and how to upkeep the drain to prevent another problem. Very good service!
Second time in five years I have used them. The technician called before arriving to let me know to expect him. He arrived in time was very professional very friendly. He seemed very much interested in helping us with our situation. Most of all I felt at ease and trusted him. Very thorough in his inspection of the problem. Great tech !
So overpriced it's practically criminal. They wanted over $500 to just replace the wax seal under a toilet-- a task that takes maybe half an hour including cleanup and a $5 part. $200 would be something approaching reasonable for that task if you absolutely can't do it yourself. Do not waste your money with this company.
