On-Time and fixed the issue. Fan speed in blower assembly needed adjustment.

From the first phone call for a inquiry for 2 systems to be replaced to the final touches of the installation it was a such a great experience, I had several companies come out to give estimates about 6 of them.. and I I can say from the experience that Eastern shore was the most professional, friendly, and efficient of them all. Aaron the consultant went over everything my home needed in detail and was very informative. He explained to me exactly what was best for my home and needs and didn't try to upsell me anything my home didn't require. I felt so comfortable and confident in my decision to choose Eastern shore hvac to do the job. Eric the installer was extremely professional as well, he showed up on time worked very clean and explained everything to me in detail when the Installation was complete. After the install was complete my house cools down so efficiently I never realized how poorly the 20 year old equipment was performing until I ran the new sytems.. I can actually feel the air moving in my house and it cools down so much faster now. That Is the most important part is that the equipment is doing its job and it really does.. Lennox is a superior product and to have such a good company to install it is the icing on the cake. One thing I didn't mention as well is the pricing.. Eastern shore offered the most competitive price of all 7 estimates I received. To get the best quality equipment at the best price is a no brainer.. the install even came with free duct cleaning!!!......I highly recommend Eastern shore for all your hvac needs.

We were so impressed with Eastern Shore right from the start! Mary Anne answered, took my information, and set us up with an appointment for a price quote. Tom came out and was extremely professional, punctual, and polite. He listened to us, did a thorough assessment of our home and property, and put together a quote before he left. There was no pressure at all. We are now on their schedule for a new install of a ductless system and we feel that we are getting great quality and value. Communication and followup is also excellent!

The team, starting with the appraiser was great. The job was done professionally from start to cleanup. The follow up to get the A/C up to speed in the spring was on time. Attention to scheduling from the office for all the work was great too.
